No one really slept that night, maybe a couple of power naps here and there, but nothing more than that. Calls were still made and everyone waited around Lara's living room for any sort of lead on Ava's whereabouts.
Lara is in the kitchen with Sam, making coffee for everyone the following morning, when Jack rushes into the room.
-"Sam, you carrying?"
-"Yes."
-"Good. Meet me outside in five."
-"Jack, what's going on? Do you know where Ava is?" - Lara can feel the hope rising in her chest.
-"I might have a lead, but I'm not sure."
-"I'm coming with you."
-"You are staying right here."
-"Ava is my daughter and I need to be there for her. I'm coming with."
-"Lara, I love you, you're my sister, but listen closely. There's no way in hell you're coming. I'm not sure what we're walking into, or even if Ava is there. I need you to stay here, just in case I'm wrong."
-"Love, your brother is right. You need to stay here in case someone calls for a ransom or if whoever took Ava decides to send her back home." - Henry places a hand on her shoulder.
Lara nods, watching Jack starting to leave, when she stops him.
-"Jack."
-"Yeah?"
-"Call Evan and let him know."
-"Way ahead of you."
Jack leaves Lara and Henry, the man pulling her close, both watching SG-1 leave to hopefully find Ava.
