Sheppard and his team arrive back at Atlantis and immediately call out to Elizabeth, telling her they have news that need to be discussed at once. Elizabeth signals them over to her office, the team following her closely.

-"What happened?"

-"We were right about the Genii. They have been taking people to work in their mines. Men, women, children, it's all fair game to them. Plus, we have the address to the planet where the mines are located."

-"How did you found this out?"

-"A young man, Lynx, told us all of this, much to the disagreement of Summit, the village leader, who after some insistence from Colonel Sheppard, confirmed it." - Teyla tells her from her place by the couch.

-"Are you sure you want to mess with the Genii now that we are preparing to leave the galaxy, John?"

-"The Daedalus is still here, right?" - Elizabeth nods. -"If we can obliterate the mines, with some help from the Daedalus, we can cripple the Genii beyond salvation, leaving them to become exactly what they pretended to be for years, just a bunch of simple farmers, leaving the galaxy that much safer."

-"I'm not sure I'm comfortable with punishing an entire population for the actions of a few bad apples."

-"A few bad apples?" - Sheppard loses it. -"It isn't just a few bad apples, Elizabeth. They are all bad and they deserve what they have coming. Or have you forgotten what they tried to do to the city? Or what they did to Evan and his team just because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time?"

-"I haven't." - Elizabeth tries to stay calm. -"But you're talking revenge, not justice."

-"You can call it whatever you want, but at the end of the day, the Genii have done almost as much damage to this galaxy as the Wraith and deserve to finally deal with the consequences of their actions."

-"Do you all agree with Sheppard?" - Elizabeth looks around, seeing Ronon nodding, a hard look in his eyes, when her eyes land on him.

-"I understand your hesitation, Elizabeth, but, and as much as I hate to admit it, I too agree with John." - Teyla looks at her with determination in her eyes. Elizabeth looks at McKay.

-"I can still see Lorne's burned body when I close my eyes at night and hear Lara's cries when you told her he was dead." - McKay's head is down and his voice is low and sad. -"If wiping the Genii's mining operation will get Lorne and Lara some justice, then I'm all for it."

Elizabeth looks around one last time, sighing.

-"You better have a foolproof plan to get the innocent out first before going after the Genii, John."

-"Give me a couple of hours with Stackhouse, Caldwell, Ronon and McKay, and you'll have your foolproof plan." - Sheppard sees Elizabeth taking a steadying breath.

-"Do it."

She watches as Sheppard and his team run out of her office, thinking that he better be right about this, otherwise she doesn't think she will be able to live with herself.
