Abby awake from her slumber the next day. She felt like she had a nice dream. A dream of what might have been. But it was far to distant as even in that dream am she couldn't be born.

She was born from her father's toture and anguish. If he never went through that she would never have been born. She looked down at her father who slept soundly. She gave him a peck on his cheek and smiled. He was working hard and she could feel it. He had finally gotten to 8th class.

"He is really incredible."

She thought. His body was more defined and he was more built. Safe to say she was sure he was physically stronger but she wasn't sure mentally. She knew he was actively trying but when a person is mentally exhausted they are also physically. One can not get over thier bad past in an instant. It would be a constant struggle of healing. He was kept in a space where he was a weaker person through out. But she was here with him now and she would make sure he would never be in that space.

But to do that she first had to kill the knight. Killing him meant killing an obstacle that was in the way of her life. One obstacle down. She placed her hands I. Her head in a thinking thought. Right now making used her time teaching her father techniques and body building so she couldn't get her to investigate.

Now that she thought of it. Maki spoke that the things that happened, happened countless of times in the past. Her father's life kept repeating till the end and only gods remembered each fraction of their life. But according to her gods were not allowed to indulged in the world's problems and were only allowed to give power. If they indulged there would be grave consequences.

"But right now. Those consequences have been put down by a destructive force and that happened 100 years ago. Now gods are free to move amongst the living."

'A hundred years.'

She sighed. A hundred years ago.

She placed her hands on her chin thinking all the way to school. In her class she came across many distinct people. Most were nobles and the others rich merchants children. Red and lo sat besides her on each side. 20 student excluding her in a class. Her other peers were in the other classes.

"Good morning students."

Mr reki greeted. The class stood bowing but she remained seated as she was new. The class started with theory as they were concluding it for the week. The others in the class paid attention only to the teacher. You could tell thier main goal was to be on top as no one interacted with another. It was like a coffin. Very silent.

Abby turned her head to red and lo who were drawing circles. Magic was allowed in class as long as the teacher was present. She admires lo's circle. It was drawn properly by very plain. She went towards them staring at thier circles. It was a 4th circle.

"This looks plain. At mose you can only do 3 percent damage with this. What's is your class level?"

She asked her. Lo stared confused my at her she placed Abby's strand of hair beside her ear staring at Abby's face. It took Abby aback as she stared back at Lo. It didn't seam sa thigh she was looking for her trouble so she replied.

"I am a 3rd class mage."

'Impressive at her young age. Seems she might get to 8th class mage when she grows up. That is if she draws better circles.'

"What about you?"

Lo asked. Her brother was besides them. He had no affinity for pure magic even though he was blessed so he stayed staring at them both.

"I am a 6th circle mage."

She whispered in lo's ears. Lo was baffled staring at Her. She couldn't believe it. Even thier teacher was a 7th class mage.

"Impossible your only 5."

"Yeah still. Also your circle work is good but at this rate you would remain a 6th class mage all your life."

She pointed at the circle and lo stared at what she was talking about. In thier class she was one of the best at drawing circles. And she was the only 3rd class mage. So she wondered what she was talking about. Abby began to take her hand in hers shocking lo. She drew with lo's hands a circle in between the circle and words written around it.

"These words. Can we really use them in circles?"

Those words were random words written in ancient texts. It was said to have no meaning whatsoever but was still taught. She had taken fascination in those words and tried placing them in her circle. But the fear that something would happen stopped her from completing it.

"I saw you were holding back from writing them. Your right these words help amplify magic."

'According to maki these words were what differenciated gods from man.'

The words disappeared in the circle and Abby handed it to Lo.

"You were going to use it to summon a class 2 water spirit right?"

The difference between pure and impure was that people with impure magic could alter water plants and elements of nature freely without summons. But pure magic was only divinity. In order to use elements they had to summon spirits and divine creatures. It was a set back for them but it was easier to use. As impure magic users used thier mana for manipulation. Pure magic only used it for summoning.

Lo nodded stretching her hands out. The teacher and other students stared at her shocked as she successfully summoned a level 10 water spirit. Level 10 water spirits needed 6th class magic. His face was in shock as a 3rd class girl managed to to summon a huge spirit without set backs. He looked at Abby who smiled watching the girl play with the spirit.

'That girl. Just in the world is she?!'

After the spirit left Lo stared at Abby. At first she only let her do as she liked because her father instructed her to do so but seeing this now Abby was nothing more than a kind person. People who had various ways to increase power never shared it with anyone as to remain on top. Yet she easily gave out her secret. Now she was able to summon. She sat back down smiling staring at Abby.

"Maybe she can help us."

She turned around to meet her brother's gaze. Telepathy. How they spoke to each other.

"Brother did you see that?"

"I did. That girl. She is as impressive as dad gives her credit for. If it's her maybe she can ohelp us."

Red continued staring at her.

"Maybe she might help us relieve this curse."
