"Princess what are you up to?"

Maki waltzed into the the room upon a suspicious looking Abigail. She startled closing her eyes and forming a smile at the side of her lips. Abby turned around placing what she seemed to be holding behind her whilst forming a smile on her face.

"ts been a while since we have spoken together."

t had been a while. Maki sat down on the bed close to her staring at the little child. She seemed to be doing much better way much better than before they escaped. Alot had happened then. Forming a plan and even running from the sights of the demon king. Not to talk about the death and dpotion of one of the succubus children. Maki sihed. She was glad there was no trouble anymore till the next five years. 

Yet an uncomfortable feeling in her guts says the danger ahead of them was fast approaching. Even as the god of time her powers were not as they were years before she descended. She sighed looking down. She knew about the god of humans plan but the length to what she knew was barely a scratch of what he was going to do.

'At least he is letting us have a moment of break, but thats whats scary. the moment of peace before destruction.'

Although radues was as powerful as the demon god. there was a very large gap between the power of a god with demons as worshippers and the power of a god with multiple humans as worshippers.

She placed her hands on the top of abby's head. She had felt such a high surge of power cursing through the child. A power which semmed different from a normal human power but considering her roots it wasnt odd.

'A person who can weild both pure and unpure magic with no pain.'

Abby smiled.

"How is father."

'And yet the only thing that runs through her mind is the wellbeing of her father.'

Maki smiled.

"He is in the study with the duke. He asked to be tutored for preparations to move to the capital."

Her face changed to a scrunch look. Maki chuckled. she knew how much abby hated the duke. Actually anyone that got close to her father. Abby sighed calming down a bit.

"we have five to ten years to go why is father.....sigh....whatever i would try not to think to hard about it....sigh....yes i wont think to hard i have to focus.....sighhhhhh.."

Maki watched the young child think out loud in despair.

"f it makes you feel any better your father is actually learning."

A red gust of wind came from maki engulfing a small portion of the room. n it was an her father and the duke. The duke explicitly teaching her father ettiquette. Abby let out a relieved sigh. 

" see. so they really are learning. thats good fater should learn more. Just learn."

"Do you feel that?"

Radeus asked turing his head around. the duke bent his head to the side confused staring at him.

"You know what its nothing."

.....

"So whaen are you going to be ready for magic lessons."

Abby sighed.

" am not sure. i need to be very sure father is okay and strong enough to learn."

Maki sighed.

"Abby you should focus on you for now. i am sure your father is doing the same."

There was no response. Abby sighed a bit looking down.

"Maki....There was a day in that dungeon in one of my lives. my second reincarnation. That day Aaron brought us out the dungeon that day i thouht we were free.  i was three. Father held me in his arms as we came out from our death cage.

"Are you really eltting us leave?"

Radues asked the man who held in his hands little abigail. in her eyes were hatred yet fear. she feared the man that held her yet she couldnt utter a word because she felt one word could cuase her father utter damnation. yet she had a feeling a gut feeling. 

Aaron smile removing his jacket and handing it to one of the guards. he placed abby in the hands of her father as they arrived ot a stadium. The stadium was filled with may demons of all kind. it seemed like the stadium they used for the fights and yet different.

"Aaron what is this..."

Radues asked softly staring at the big man infront of him. Aaron turned around smiling.

"You said you wanted to go back to fighting and it would make you happy right? Welll here using this stadium you can fight to your heart content."

"Fight? Aaron i have no power all my magic has been absorbed by the cage how can i...."

"YOU SAD YOU WOULD FGHT.  AM DONG YOU A FAVOR."

he screamed at the top of hs lungs startlng radues and abby. t was obvous to anyone that radues had not even a lttle shot of magc n hs body.......they had no dea what arron was thnng.

"You now what?!  wasted my tme. snce your not grateful  would mae sure you would fght the hardest boss today."

Aaron smled and from below rumblng sounds cuased an earthquae large enough to create a rp tear through the ground.

'no way. a dragon.'

Not just any dragon but a dragon with ten heads. Radeus shivered.

"Next time you would be greateful. you much fight them in the day and face my wrath a t night"

The guards began to drag him from his hands at the instructions of aaron. radues began to plead.

"My daughter please at least let her stay here."

Aaron laughed.

"You mean this bastard? she is fighting with you but dont worry the moment you seem like you would die i would tell the healers to heal you."

...

"From then on everyday my father was succumbed to fight that beast. everyday and night he suffered and i watched. each time father got stronger his power was absorbed by the cage. Violated in each life. i witnessed it all. evey single time and each time there was nothing i could do but watch as father tried to protect me. each time with a smile."

Maki stayed silent.

"Maki you say my father is focusing on himself. wee thats not true. nstead on foucuing on himself my father had always focused on me. the source of his happiness. All that he is doing now is for me. all for me and not for himself.  still think about his smile from those days. telling me each day i shouldnt worry and grow like other children."

The air in the room got more and more dense and maki could feel the surge of power that was emerging from abby. the bloodlust emerging from her body.

Her face was still turned to the wall

"Father is not ready yet to learn magic.  fear he would begin to remeber the fear of those days and be sent into a large depth unable to swin from it. so i want him to place those emotions into sword fighting for now. At least with that if he made a mistake it wonr cost his life."

maki stared at the little child. thier life before she came was really gray. sometimes she wished she had done something about it.
