Consequences of being human part 2
Chapter 7: Consequences of Being Human
The city of Starfall glistened in the distance, its citizens and various species going about their daily lives, unaware of the darkness that was slowly creeping in. But amidst the tranquility, a young boy named Abisai struggled to find his place in the world.
Abisai's life had never been easy. Born with an unparalleled gift – the ability to harness and manipulate energy with unprecedented strength – he had always been an outcast. His mother, Catherine Cruzanagi, and older sister, Lily, had always been his rock, but even they couldn't shield him from the cruelty of the world.
As Abisai grew older, his powers became increasingly difficult to control. He would often unintentionally destroy objects and surroundings, causing chaos and destruction wherever he went. The people of Starfall, once in awe of Abisai's abilities, began to fear and ostracize him.
Abisai's father was never in the picture, and his mother's struggles to make ends meet only added to the young boy's feelings of isolation. But despite the hardships, Abisai's mother and sister never gave up on him, and their love and support gave him the strength to keep going.
But everything changed when Alexander and James, the twin sons of Alexander the First and his wife Sarah Triton, arrived at Abisai's school. The twins were the heirs to the Trident family, the rulers of Starfall, and they made it clear that they would stop at nothing to assert their dominance.
The twins began to turn the school into a prison, using their royal status to bully and intimidate their classmates. But Abisai and his best friend, Amelia, a kind-hearted and fiercely determined girl, refused to be cowed.
Abisai, with his unquestioned strengths of energy, and Amelia, with her unwavering courage, stood up to the twins, refusing to back down in the face of their royal status. They quickly made friends with the other students and earned the respect of everyone in the school.
As Abisai walked down the hallway, he caught Alex's eye, and the twin's gaze sent a shiver down his spine. "Amelia, did you see the way Alex was looking at me?" Abisai asked, his voice low and concerned. "It's like he wants to start something."
Amelia's eyes narrowed, her expression fierce. "Don't worry, Abisai. We're not going to let them push us around. We'll stand up to them, together."
Amelia: don't worry about him just ignore him besides he's not worth it
Here is a rewritten version of the scene:
Alexander Triton, fueled by a desire to assert his dominance, sought out Abisai, the newcomer who had caught his attention. He sneered at Abisai, trying to provoke him into a fight.
Amelia, sensing the tension, tried to intervene. "Alexander, leave him alone. He's not looking for trouble."
But Alexander and his twin brother, James, were relentless. They sneered at Amelia, their eyes filled with contempt. "And what do you think you can do to stop us, little princess?" Alexander mocked.
Abisai's eyes narrowed, his gaze locked on Alexander. "Don't touch her," he warned, his voice low and menacing. "Or else I will."
Alexander laughed, his eyes gleaming with amusement. "Oh, what kind of mere human do you think you are? You think you can take on me?"
Abisai's response was swift and decisive. He punched Alexander in the face, his fist flying with incredible speed and accuracy.
Alexander stumbled back, his eyes widening in surprise. "You dare to hit me?" he snarled, his face twisted with rage.
