"Drew what the fuck happened to you!?" Karen yelled at him immediately as she saw him.

"Oh thank God, where is Kierra?" Drew asked her, he was worried about her ever since the police left with them in the house.

"She's with my sister, how could you fuck up the day you have my daughter with you?" Karen asked, she was fuming, she didn't know what Drew was thinking.

"It's not like I planned to get arrested today Karen." Drew said to her.

"What did your dumb ass do anyway?" Karen asked, she thought it better be a good reason like he saved a kid and a nun from bullets and shot up the people who tried to shoot them.

"Attempted murder..." Drew answered and Karen's eyebrows furrowed.

"With my daughter!?" Karen yelled.

"Would you please calm down! You're lucky my ass is in here otherwise you'll have something else to fill your mouth" Drew sternly said in annoyance, Karen held her hip with an attitude contemplating saying something else.

"Don't tell me what to do." Karen said calmly and softly.

"It was the incident where I went to retrieve Kierra, Blair ain't dead... he survived and I thought he died. So he the one that has me up in here." Drew said to her and Karen softened realising it involved all of them.

"I don't understand... Big B is ruthless, he's dangerous, why would he just have you arrested and not have us killed? He could do that if he wanted to." Karen asked him, fear started crawling through the body once more.

"Get this, he's not dead but he is paralysed from the neck down, his ass is paralysed and arrested from what they found in his house that day. He was dumb enough to take Ki to his house after he kidnapped her." Drew said and Karen had so many questions.

"Where was his wife and kids?" Karen asked and Drew shrugged his shoulders.

"I don't know, but they definitely weren't there, I got passed one security guard and when I got into the house it was just him and Ki, I was shot getting out after the guard heard the shots I made inside and he chased me shooting." Drew said and this was the first time Drew was telling her all of this.

"Why didn't you tell me Drew?" Karen asked him.

"And miss the opportunity to have you thinking I walked into a room full of gangsta's to save our little girl like I'm Shaft or something? Hell no!" Drew joked making Karen laugh.

"You are my Shaft... hell you're my superman." Karen said to him, she appreciated the effort that Drew made to get Kierra back to her... even if he thought it was nothing, it was everything to her.

"So what happens now? How can I help?" Karen asked and Drew just looked at her shaking his head.

"I don't know baby... I don't want you involving yourself, I have a plan but I don't know if it'll work." Drew said to her.

"Well, what is it?" She asked.

"I can't tell you Karen, you just gonna have to trust me... I don't want to involve you in this mess." Drew said .

"No one ever tells me anything... Drew do I look dumb to you? Or do ya'll think I'm too weak to handle the truth?" Karen asked in frustration, everyone in her life was keeping secrets from her.

"Karen what are you talking about?" Drew asked her.

"My sisters... my whole family is hiding something from me and they don't look like they are planning to tell me." Karen said.

"Well maybe they're trying to protect you like I am." Free said to her and that just made her more mad.

"John I don't need any protection" Karen said to him.
