Drew and Karen sat in Dr Rivera's office and she kept fidgeting with her fingers nervously.

She has been home for a few weeks now and things in her marriage weren't doing well... it was as if they were falling apart.

Drew wasn't sleeping home, Karen didn't see him unless it was with or for the kids, and he would use no more than 4 words in a sentence when he talked to her.

It has been days since she got back to therapy, it's been days since she tried to convince Drew to join  her and he finally agreed.

"Drew would you please tell Karen how you feel before she tells her story?" Dr Rivera asked.

"She knows." Drew simply said, Karen rolled her eyes at him.

"Karen do you know how Drew feels?" Dr Rivera asked, and Karen shook her head no .

"I don't, he hasn't said anything to me since I told him." Karen said.

"Drew can you please share to Karen how you feel" the doctor spoke.

Drew didn't answer , he wasn't saying anything which annoyed Karen

"Drew if you don't want to be here then leave, leave so I can use this time and work on myself being better for my kids." Karen spoke up.

"Gladly" Drew said , he then got up from the couch and Karen furrowed her eyebrows looking at him.

"Really? Really Drew?" Karen asked, she got up also unbelievably.

"What? Isn't this what you fucking want?" Drew asked her

"No, no Drew... I want you to talk to me, I want you to help me work on us." Karen said

"Karen you were going to fuckin cheat on me." Drew said to her.

"I'm a sex addict Drew... of course I'm gonna have some problems." Karen yelled at him.

"You ain't no fuckin addict" Drew let out

"Yes she is Drew" Dr Rivera said to him.

"What?" Drew asked.

"I've never, not ever went a full year in my life without sex ever since I was 14 years old... granted I wasn't planning on sleeping with Omario but when he kissed me , when I saw him-" Karen said but she cut herself off.

"I had to use my strength to stop myself " Karen said.

"Because I didn't want to hurt you Drew " Karen told him.

"What about Lisa then?" Drew asked .

"I thought I wasn't going to get out Drew, I was in there and I thought I would never get out of that house so to me it wasn't going to be cheating" Karen said to him.

"I know I'm not a typical sex addict but it doesn't diminish the fact that I am. Sex is literally all I know, it was my life ." Karen said , Drew sat back on the couch in defeat.

"I know it still doesn't excuse what I did, I know that honey but... but baby I'm sorry, I'm here... with you trying to fix this" Karen told him.

"I just- I never thought you would be the one to cheat on me Karen, I mean at the beginning of our relationship yes, but after I got to know you? After all we been through? I never thought you would be the one." Drew let out.

"But she didn't, she stopped herself which says a lot for an addict." Dr Rivera said.

Karen followed her husband and she also sat back down on their couch.

"I'm sorry Drew, I promise I would never do anything like that again." Karen said holding his hand.
