Kahapon, pumunta ang bestfriend ko- si Mark. Sinabi and he made it clear to me that for him.. we're just really friends.Y-yes, I know, it's really painful being rejected. B-But I know, I'll forget about this feeling I have for him. Isa lang talaga ang natutunan ko sa mga nangyari. -- Ang 'wag UMASA .

Mark's:

Yesterday, me and Sol talked about what happened. I told her that we're really just friends, and we need to make another memories and forget what had happened. She doesn't know that everytime she's crying, I'm hurting. Knowing the fact that the last time she did that was because of me.

Biglang nag-ring ang phone ni Mark and he immediately slide the "answer" icon nang makita ang pangalan ng tumatawag.

Mark: (in a sad voice while looking through his window) Hi Shane. Why do you suddenly call?

Shane: A-Aren't you happy? I'm just asking if you're definitely ok now and about your single. So.. how is it?

Mark: Oh! Thanks for asking! Ehm, it's good, so many people are buying it here and all over the world.

Shane: Great! I wonder, there's something wrong with you. Your voice is so lifeless. Is there any problem, mate?

Mark: H-Huh? Nothing, it's nothing.

Shane: Oh, c-mon, Mark. I know her..I-I know about her.

Mark's:

Shane: The last day I called you, you didn't answer your phone. So, I called Chris. He said that maybe you're busy, because you're taking care of the girl. He told me that.. when you and that girl talked and met, you changed. You became happier. You smile more often with no reason. Iee! ( laughing ) So.. What's the name of the said girl that made you change, Marky?

Mark: Oh Shane! Laughing? Really? (annoyed) But, fine. ok. I'll tell you her name. She's Sol, or Soledad De Dios. A filipina girl.

Shane: Wait, what? Soledad? Whoah! One of our songs' title. But, hey, wait. (from giggling voice to a serious one) D-Do you really fancy her?

Sandaling natahimik si Mark.

Mark: Y-yes, I like her, Shane, I really do! I just dunno why I'm feeling this for a HER. Because, I-I really thought that I'm.. I'm gay, that I would never fall in-love to a woman. But here I am. Crazy in-love with a woman.

Shane's:

I knew it! He's in-love! I'm happy for you, bro. But who's this mysterious girl (for me) who made you change all of a sudden? What's something special with her? But, I'm happy. I really, really am for Mark.

kKk:

Shane: Yey! You like her! -- B-but wait, what's wrong with that? What's with the sad tone, eh? (curious)

Mark: B-Because she confessed to me, .. h-her true feelings for me. That she likes me.

Shane: W-What's sad about that?

Mark: I rejected her. I told her that.. that we feel different.

Shane: What?! Are you insane? I want to hit your head on the wall for you to realise what you've just done. Why did you said that to her?

Mark: Ehmm, I just know that when we became partners.. she'll eventually leave me. What she's feeling for me will fade away, it's not forever. Look, Shane, she's 13 years younger than me. I know it would never take too long, she'll find someone new. And if that happened, we couldn't go back to where we are right now anymore. I don't want to feel being left again. Like.. like Kevin did to me.

Shane: Yes, Mark. I understand your point. But I think, you must confess it to her now. Because, what if you're wrong with what you're thinking. You have to bet. What if she's for you and you just let her go. Look, you didn't confess it to her. So probably, your relationship with her will continue, but just as friends. What if there's a guy that suddenly comes her way? Court her, and made her say "yes". And what's worst, he became her partner in life.. for short "husband" . Would you resist to watch her, with her kids.. walking in the park, with that guy? Tell her now, you don't want to lose her.. for good, right?

Mark: I-I just dunno. Maybe I'll tell her about my true feelings. But.. but not now, when the right time comes.
