Chapter 27: She's Here

     " Ladies and gentlemen, we have just landed the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. And we are now taxiing to the NAIA Centennial Terminal 2. Welcome to Manila!..

    

Sol's:

     Agad akong nagising nung may nagsalita na'ng babae. HAY nako! Thank god!

    " May we remind you to refrain from using your cellphones until after you have disembarked. And please check for your seating area if there's things you might leave onboard..

     Then, binanggit pa isa- isa yung mga pangalan ng mga stewardess and nung captain. 'Di ko na masyadong pinansin. xD

    " Thank you for flying Philippine Airlines- Mabuhay!"

Mark's:

     I'm here in my work. Still recording for my new full track "Find My Way". After we recorded, I went to the cafeteria and I see Sol's composer friends eating. I approached them.

Me: H-Hi, may I join?

Shiela: Yeah, sure.

     I say beside them and started eating, when they asked me something.

Erik: Mark, Sol told us that she'll come back to the Philippines.

Me: Yeah.

Erik: She'll be there for 5 days?

Me: Yes.

May: Will you miss her?

Me: Of course, five days without her? It's miserable!

     Shiela looked at me, like she's somehow shocked with I said.

Shiela: You're really IN-LOVE!

     She said while stressing the word in love. While me, I just laughed.. but deep inside, I'm indeed missing her now. It's been one day without her here. :(

Erik: Actually, you two really can't deny that you're in love with each other. It shows every time you're with each other.

     I just smiled at them. Really? It shows?

     "Ring, Ring!"

     They all looked at their bag to see if it's their phone.

May: I-It's not mine.

Erik: Yeah, me too.

     I immediately took my phone from my pocket and see that it's my phone. It's Shane, calling me.

Me: Oh, it's mine. Sorry. C-Can I just answer this?

Shiela: Yeah, sure.

     So, I immediately went to the corridor and answer the phone call.

Me: Hey, Shane!

Shane: Hey, Dude. You already talked to Sol? She's already in the Philippines?

Me: Naw, I don't know. She hasn't called me yet.

Shane: Oh, wait, Dude.

Me: What is it?

Shane: She's here. Kalley's here.

     Wait, what? Kalley? Oh! Our childhood friend Kalley. One of the boys.

Me:  Really? Since when?

Shane: Since yesterday. She said she wants to see us.

Me: When? Now?

Shane: 6:00 pm. At her house together with Kian. I'll just fetch you up, so no need to bring your car.

Me: Ok, I'll wait for you at my house.

Sol's:

     Napatingin ako sa relo ko pagbaba namin ng eroplano. 7:00 am. palang. So, nung malapit na ako du'n sa exit ng nung terminal at airport, tinawagan ko na si Ate.

     Ang tagal sumagot! Nakakainis naman 'tong babaeng 'to!

     Nung malapit na talaga ako dun sa exit, lumabas na 'ko. Naghintay pa 'ko ng sandali du'n sa sidewalk. Tapos may nakita na ako'ng kotse na pula. That's Kuya Christopher's (Toper for short) car.

     Kumaway-kaway na 'ko tapos huminto sa harap ko yung kotse and sunud- sunod na, na naglabasan sila Ate, si Mama and my two brothers pa. Ako pala yung bunso.. hehe!

Ate: Hey, li'l sis! Musta na? Miss na miss ka na namin!

   

Sabay niyakap nila ako ng sobrang higpit, yung tipong 'di na 'ko makahinga?  Kumalas ako sakanila tapos I embraced my Mom so tight. I really missed her!

Me: Ma, miss you! (sweet na sabi ko)

    Ginulo ni Kuya Ken 'yung buhok ko. Lima kami, (dami no?) Panganay namin.. si Kuya Toper (pinakamabait sa'min, may pamilya na si Kuya, and he's so faithful with his wife Ate Evie) , sumunod si Ate Claire ('Yan yung palagi ko'ng kasama nung maliit palang kami, madalas pakilamera, super close ko) , Si Kuya Ken (Ewan ko ba, basta sa mga kapatid ko'ng lalaki, siya ang pinaka- feeling pogi, though pogi naman talaga siya. Basta, naiinis lang ako sakanya. Naging babaero simula nung iniwan ni Ate Christina), Si Kuya Kevin (Yan yung pinakatahimik sa'min at matalino) and yours truly, me (ewan ko ba.. siguro 'yung madalas mapag- isa dahil ayaw ko'ng masyado'ng ma-baby).

Kuya Toper: Tama na nga 'yan! Ang drama n'yo! (habang natatawa)

Kuya Kevin: Oo nga, tara na! Uwi na tayo! Pagod na 'rin ito'ng si Sol.

Ate: Oo nga. Marami pa tayo'ng pag- uusapan.

     Sh*t! Kinabahan na 'ko! Naalala ko tuloy!
