THE FORBIDDEN LOVE 14

~GRADUATION DAY~

The graduation is currently happening on the football field. I am lined up for me to get my award and my diploma. I am with my Mom and Dad, they are quite excited as they keep pointing at Nathan discreetly, giving out medals and certificates to the students and taking pictures with them. When it was my turn to get on the stage, the parents and I shook hands with Nathan.

"Congratulations, love." I heard Nathan whisper. I smiled big at him.

"Thank you..." 

Nathan gave the medal to my dad. I removed my cap and Dad wore the medal on me. Nathan hands me the certificate. Mom and Dad went close to me for picture taking. I put back my cap and I saw Dad holding Nathan's shoulder so he stood beside Dad. We all smiled at the photographer and I felt so happy. When we were done, Nathan and my parents shook hands. 

"Come by our house." Dad told Nathan. 

"I'll be there." Nathan said and he winked at me. 

~AFTER GRADUATION~

My family and I arrived at the house. My things from the dorm have already shipped to LA since I will be moving next month. I only have a month with Nathan before the classes start at UCLA. 

"Y/N, don't change your graduation gown yet. When Nathan arrives, I want you guys to take pictures." Mom said. 

"Okay, Mom." I said as I sat on the couch. I got my phone and began scrolling through my social media. 

After an hour, we heard a knock on the door. Dad got the door and we saw Nathan come inside. I stood and walked to him. I hugged him tightly and felt him kiss my neck as we hugged.

"Oh come on, picture time!" Mom said as we saw her get the camera. 

"You guys didn't have pictures yet?" Nathan asked me.

"No. Mom said we should get pictures." I said and he nodded. Nathan held my waist as I put my arm on his waist and lay my other hand on his chest. We both smiled at the camera. We took a couple more pictures and I told Mom to stop since she took us a lot of pictures. 

"We should get that developed." Nathan said as we viewed our pictures.

"Yeah, we should. I have a picture of us in my apartment." I said and he kissed my head.

~AFTER A WEEK~

I am currently staying with Nathan in his house. He wanted me to stay with him until I moved to LA. It's been an excellent week with Nathan, this is the only time I convinced him to clean the house. So, we did that for three days and it was Nathan's first time cleaning the whole house. All he did was hire some cleaners for him since he was so busy with his work. But we did the cleaning as one of our bonding together. 

After cleaning the house, we did date nights and watched movies. But the movie thing, we usually end up not watching it, we make out most of the time. But, I can't believe that Nathan was willing to wait for me and not make any advantageous moves to make me uncomfortable. He is truly a gentleman.

With our time spent together, we both realized that it was the time when I had to go to LA. Nathan and I will meet my family at the airport. Nathan kept holding and kissing my hand to the airport. When we arrived, he was pulling the luggage as we walked inside. We met Mom, Dad, and my brother, Kyle, and his girlfriend, Cali. 

"Hey, guys." I said as I went to them and hugged them.

"Oh, my baby's going to College now." Mom said.

"Mom, don't get too emotional on me." I said as I broke our hug. I hugged everyone.

"Since everyone's here and there's still a lot of time before Y/N flew, why don't we grab something to eat?" Mom suggested and everyone agreed. 

Nathan held my hand and pulled me closer to him. We followed Mom's lead and we sat at a coffee stall here at the airport. Nathan ordered us coffees since both of us were still full. We sat with the family. As soon as me and Nathan got to our seats, I wrapped my arms around Nathan and we cuddled.

"I'm gonna miss you, love." I said.

"I'll miss you more. I'll miss seeing you at my school."

"Hmm... Maybe after College, you can hire me at your school, so we won't be far from each other."

"We could do that. Be a professor at my school, and don't go far away from me again."

"I won't. Wait for me for 4 years and after that, I'll be by your side always."

"Good to know."

"Don't forget to update me about you when you're already there. Don't forget about me." Nathan pouted and I giggled at him.

"Of course, I won't forget you, my love. You're hard to forget." I said as I peck his lips.

"You're hard to forget too."

Then, it was time for my farewell. I hugged my parents, my brother, and Nathan. When I hugged Nathan, it was a tight and emotional hug. He lay a couple kiss on my neck and a passionate kiss on my lips.

"I'll miss you." Nathan said.

"I'll miss you more." I said as tears began to fill up my eyes. When the tears fell, he wiped it dry.

"I love you so much. I'll visit you when I have clear schedules." Nathan said.

"Okay. I'll expect your visit. I love you too." I said as I let go of the hug. "I'll go ahead." I told my family.

"See you soon, my princess." Dad said.

"Take good care of yourself there." Mom said.

"If you need anything, call us." Kyle said.

"I will guys. Bye for now."

"Call me when you get there." Nathan said and I nodded at him. I got my luggage from him and began to process my departure.
