HIGH SCHOOL

I am the President of the student body council of my high school. If you asked me, I just don't want this kind of position. I know that everybody dreamt of being in my place, but I kinda hate for being the center of the attraction. I hate this school. I know that everybody or some hates school, but I hate mine. Students here are bullies, sluts or who wants to attentions. But, when you're famous, they wouldn't bully you, they'll see you as the bully, but not me. That's the reason why I hate my high school. 

"Hey Ms. President." I heard Leo said as he went beside my locker. 

"Hey Leo." I smiled at him and closed my locker as I got my things. Leo is the also part of our football team. He is friends with Johnny. I began walking down the hallway, into the second floor of the building into my science class, when I saw Leo walking beside me.

"So!" He began while looking at me and into the hallway, back and forth.

"So?" I asked for him to continue.

"Uhm.. So! What's the student body's plan regarding our next game?" He asked.

"I still don't know. The principal says that he will be the one planning since this is your semi-final game." I said as we ascended on the stairs.

"Do you have any plans on Saturday?"

"Why?" I asked. Leo and I were just a normal classmate kind of thing and this was our first long conversation. It always ends up to only 'hey!' kinda thing.

"Well--you know...Football game.." He said as he shrugged his shoulders. 

"Oh that!" I said awkwardly and we chuckled awkwardly. "I'll check my schedule and if I'm free, why not." I said as we stopped at my science room.

"Okay! Wow! Yeah. I know your REALLY busy. But, hey. I'll talk to you later?" He asked hopefully.

"Yeah." I said as I flashed him my smile and nod my head. He smiled back and he cleared his throat. 

"Great! See you later." He said. "Bye." He ended.

"Bye." I waved a little and he did too. Then, I walked inside my room and I saw my best friend/vice-president of the student body, Georgia. I sat beside her and placed my books on the desk.

"Is that Leo?" She asked.

"Where?" I asked as I looked at her and into the door.

"You were talking awhile ago." 

"Oh, yeah! For the record, that was the longest conversation that we've had." I said and we laughed.

"He and Johnny are weird." She said and she laughed. I gasped and looked at her.

"Johnny's talking to you?!" I asked not believing what I've heard.

"Yeah. He's kind of shy at first, but now, he's kind of a smooth talker." She said and we giggled. 

"Well, at least we know he's not a Leo type." I said and we giggled.

"But admit it, he's cute." Georgia said.

"Who?" I asked.

"Leo." She said.

"Yeah, he is." I said. 

~Lunch~

Our student body adviser, Mr. Douglas, held up a meeting for the Saturday's football. 

"Y/N and Georgia, you need to acknowledge the California High into their own lockers. You are the one who will acknowledge their questions and everything. If they ask some food or whatnots, you direct them to Andrew and Monica." I nodded my head as I looked at Andrew and Monica. 

"Now, that we're done. Are we clear with all your jobs tomorrow?" Mr. Douglas asked.

"Yes." We all said.

"Good. Then, have your lunch. We'll have another meeting tomorrow at 7 AM before the team arrives." Mr. Douglas said. We all stand and went out of the room. Me and Georgia went to the cafeteria along with my student body.

"So, I heard all the boys from Cali High are hot." Monica said.

"Huh." I said and chuckled as we entered the cafeteria. We went to get a tray and we all get our food.

"I think we might resolve Y/N's two years of being single." Andrew said. Georgia and I went to our table and they followed us. 

"I think someone broke the record." Georgia said and I chuckled as I began eating my food.

"Who?!" They all asked as they looked at me.

"Leo." Georgia confirmed. They all giggled and I laughed at her. Then, we all ate our food while talking about Leo. Actually, they were the one gossiping about him. Just then, I saw Johnny walking near us.

"Georgia shush.." I said as I kicked her leg. Just then, she saw Johnny walking near us. 

"Hey Johnny." Georgia said. 

"Hey Georgia. Can I borrow Y/N for awhile?" He asked.

"Why?" We all said.

"Just something." Johnny said as he shrugged his shoulder. So I stand and he softly pushed me outside the cafeteria.

"Why?" I asked.

"Just walk.." He said and I rolled my eyes. When we reached outside, I saw Leo waiting outside.

"Hey." I said.

"Hey--I thought it was only us." Leo told Johnny.

"Who?" I asked as I faced Leo.

"Me and Johnny.." He said. 

"Well, it's my sign to say bye." Johnny said and he ran back to the cafeteria. 

"Right.." I said and rolled my eyes.

"So.." Leo began. I looked at him and he began fidgeting.

"Wanna walk?" I offered.

"Yeah, sure." He said. I began walking into the gymnasium. Leo is beside me walking.

"This is awkward.." He began while chuckling.

"Yeah.." I just nodded and chuckled. We walked quietly and I remembered tomorrow's game.

"Are you nervous for tomorrow?" I asked him.

"Not much. Coach likes Johnny more than me. So, I might not be apart of it." He said. "And it's not a shame, cause.." He began. "You're not there." He mumbled.

"What?" I asked not getting it clearer.

"Oh! Nothing." He said.

"Oh come on! Say it.." I said.

"It sounds much better in my head." He said while chuckling nervously.

"Come on, please.." I said.

"Fine." He said and chuckled nervously. "You won't be there." He said.

"I will be." I said.

"Really? I thought you'll check your schedule." 

"Yeah, but I was assigned to be there. Me and Georgia needs to be hospitable to your opponent." I said.

"Why not on our team?" He asked as he held open the gymnasium door. I entered and went to take a seat at the bench. 

"Well, you kinda know this place." I said as I shrugged my shoulders while taking a seat. 

"Still, we need some moral support." He said as he sat beside me.

"You have our support." I said and giggled. 

"But we need someone with us." 

"The guys need one or you?" I asked cheekily. He looked shocked and chuckled nervously.

"Me?" He answered.

"I'll be there for you."
