~AFTER THREE MONTHS~

"...I pronounced you man and wife, you may now kiss your bride." The preacher said and everybody cheered. Nathan unveiled my veil and held my face in his hands. 

"Mrs. Gardner, God I love how that sounds so right." Nathan said and I laughed at him as I held his chest in my hands.

"I love you too, Mr. Gardner." 

"I love you more, Mrs. Gardner." He said. He leaned in for a deep kiss as we sealed this marriage with a first kiss as Husband and Wife. As soon as we broke the kiss, I hugged him so tight and I heard him chuckle as he kissed my head. We broke the hug and we looked at our guests. Nathan held my hand and he raised it in the air, proudly letting them know that we were officially married. 

~AT THE RECEPTION~

Nathan and I are having our first dance. The song plays and I looked at him in shock. It was 'Born For You'.

"Remember this song?" He asked as he pulled me closer to him. His hand was on my waist and his other hand held my hand as we danced. I rested my other hand on his shoulder and we smiled.

"Of course. It's the song you played during my prom. It was also the song you sang to me. I loved that memory." 

"Hmm...glad you still remembered." 

"Of course, I do. You're the only old one here." I teased and I laughed as he glared at me. 

"Old, you say? Maybe when we're all alone tonight, you might change your mind about teasing me that I'm old." He said and I blushed at his words. 

"Stop talking and why don't you show me what you got tonight?" I winked at him and smirked.

"Oh, that's a deal, baby. Don't beg me to stop, 'cause I don't plan to stop making love to you. I waited for five years for this to happen, I want my reward for it." He smirked.

"Oh, you can do me whatever you plan, Mr. Gardner. Remember that I'm yours forever." 

"Oh yes, I remember. You're mine forever." He said and he gave me a passionate kiss on the lips. I smiled at the kiss and we softly broke it. 

The reception of the wedding was spectacular. I couldn't imagine that I would have this much fun. When the party ended, Nathan brought me to his car. Everybody bid farewell to me and Nathan. Glad that I could change into comfy clothes before me and Nathan went to the car. 

"Darling..." I heard Mom called me. I looked at her and hugged her. "I'm so proud and happy for you and Nathan." She said.

"Thank you so much, Mom." 

"Have a safe flight, alright." 

"We will, Mom. Bye!" I hugged her one last time and I also hugged my family and Nathan's family as we both bid farewell to them. Nathan opened the car door for me and assisted me inside. We started driving to the airport for our honeymoon destination.

~AFTER A COUPLE HOURS~

When Nathan and I arrived at the airport of our destination, I opened the window beside me and saw it was afternoon. 

"What time is it here?" I asked.

"It's already 4 PM."

"Oh! We'll be able to watch the sunset from the villa." Nathan said.

"Oh, I'm so excited." 

~AT THE VILLA~

As soon as we entered the villa where we'd be staying for a week, I immediately went to the balcony. It was the perfect view of the ocean and the skyline.

"Wow! It's so beautiful." I said while I'm in love with the view.

"The view is very gorgeous." I heard Nathan behind me. I looked behind me and saw him staring at me.

"Why are you staring at me?" I asked.

"Because my view is very gorgeous." He went near me and lay a kiss on my lips.

"I feel so contented already. I finally married you and you brought so much happiness to me." He said as he broke the kiss.

"I feel so much love when I'm with you. Thank you." I told him.

"I love you so much." He said.

"I love you more." 

"Welcome to Maldives, baby." He said and we both smiled big. It is a dream destination for both of us.

~AFTER TWO MONTHS~

We're back to our normal lives. Nathan and I are very happy. We're both working happily, although there are times when work is hectic. Whenever one of us is having a bad day, the other partner is to the rescue, making sure that the other one is happy and relaxed.

Today is a Saturday. While Nathan was still sleeping, I sneaked out of the house and went to my agenda. As soon as I arrived at the doctor's clinic, I heard my phone ring. It was Nathan calling me.

"Hey, love. Good morning."

"Love, where are you? I miss you." 

"I miss you too, but I have something to check out." 

"Where are you in particular?" 

"Just checking some grocery." I lied. I scrunched my eyebrows at how bad at lying I was.

"Honey..." He said in a threatening voice.

"I am, my love. Mom wanted me to come with her 'cause it's been so long since we spent time together." I said. 

"Alright. Just come back home when you're done."

"I will. I love you. Heat the breakfast I made for you." 

"Okay, I will. I love you too. Drive safe." 

"I will." I ended the call and took a sigh. Then, I proceeded inside the clinic and they did some tests on me so that the doctor could tell what was happening to me.

~AFTER TWO HOURS~

"Love! You're home!" I heard Nathan say and he hugged me as he kissed me on my head.

"I am. I have something to tell you." I said as I led him to the couch. 

"What is it? By your tone, you're scaring me." He said as we sat. I opened my bag and gave him a small envelope. "What is this?" He asked as he skeptically looked at me.

"Open it." I smiled at him. He skeptically opened the folder, putting out a piece of paper and a couple of pictures of a sonogram.

"Oh my God!" Nathan said as he sighed excitedly.

"I'm pregnant, love." I said and he dropped the paper so he could tightly hug me. I lay on the couch and he gave me a couple of pecks on the lips.

"You're pregnant! We're pregnant! We're having a baby!" He excitedly said and I cried at his reaction. "Oh, don't cry, beautiful." He said as he wiped my tears.

"I'm so happy." I told him and he gave me another kiss.

"I'm very much happy for the both of us. We're finally having a baby." We both smiled at each other and I hugged him to me as he let us sit on the couch. He held my face and gave me another passionate kiss.

"I'm finally a father!"
