NATHAN GARDNER

I am a faculty member of this school. I am the new history teacher since Principal Gardner became principal. He hired me since he knew I was teaching history. Me and Nathan knew each other since college. We both went to college and we became close friends. I kind of agree that Nathan was handsome, but he made some girl preggo. 

Fast forward, I am now going to the principal's office. Ever since me and Nathan met up again, he always asked me to come to his office since he's free for that day. I knocked on his door and I heard him told me to come. I opened the door and he looked at me and we both smiled. 

"Hey there!" I said.

"Hi! Come." He said as he removed his glasses from his eyes and put it on his desk. I went near him and sat in front of his desk.

"So, what's up?" I asked him.

"Nothing. Just finalizing the report. You?"

"Just gonna chill out before I gave some pop quiz to my students." I said as I shrugged my shoulders.

"That's fun!" He said as he sat beside me. 

"I know.." I said as I sighed. 

"Hey Y/N, I have some confession to tell you." Nathan said.

"Yeah? What is it?" I asked him.

"I have build up some feelings to a girl." Nathan began. Just then, I felt my heart ached. 

"Really?" I asked sounding surprised.

"Yeah." He confirmed.

"Who?" I asked fearfully.

"You." 

"Wow--wait what!?" I said realizing what he just said.

"Yeah, you. I liked you for the longest time." Nathan repeated. I just looked at Nathan and he slowly held my hand. I tried to open my mouth to speak, but I have no words to form.

"I know it's a lot of information to take in, but I just want to let you know how much I love you." Nathan said. THERE! He said the big 3 words! SPEAK Y/N!! SPEAAAAKEE!!

"I--I--Me??" I asked softly.

"Yeah, you. Ever since college. But, now you're here with me, I don't want to let you go." Nathan began to kneel in front of me. I held his cheeks in my hands and I leaned into him and kissed his lips. I felt him smiled through the kiss and he kissed me back as he held my hips. I slowly broke the kiss and I looked into his eyes.

"Is that you're way of saying you love me?" He asked. I chuckled at him and smiled at him.

"Maybe." I said as he leaned into me and kissed me again. I broke the kiss and looked at my watch. It's only 5 minutes left before class. Nathan looked at me and sighed. 

"Do you have to go?" He asked.

"I have to." I said as I slowly stand. He stood with me and he held my waist. 

"But before you go, I would like to ask you one more question." Nathan said.

"What is it?" 

"Would you do me the honor of becoming my girlfriend?" He asked while looking deeply into my eyes and smiling with a hint of hope.

"I would love to." I said and smiled brightly at him. Nathan leaned in and hugged me tightly, I wrapped my arms around his neck and chuckled.

"Thank you. Well, I'll see you later." Nathan said as he slowly broke our hug.
