Ayla scans her pass as she walks into the paddock for the first time this season. She is one of the first team members to arrive here, because she will have to start getting creative as soon as the team is building up the garages and the cars.

The drivers won't be here for two more days when they will have their media day.
Ayla has now been able to have some time to work with Max and Checo. Max is hilarious, the two of them had an instant connection. Maybe them both being Dutch helped with that. She is not worried to be working with him at all.

Even when he has a bad day he might tell her off, but she knows she will do the exact same thing back. He may be one of the drivers, but she still won't accept shit from him.
That's something Checo knows now as well.
He had already tried to flirt with her when he was still driving for Force India and she thought he understood that she wasn't interested when she turned him down then.

But when she was at the car reveal he was constantly winking at her and coming up to her, trying to get some sort of physical contact.
So she took him aside and she could tell he thought she was going for it.

He was definitely disappointed when she made it very clear that she was not interested and that he is married and has kids.
"We will have to have a professional relationship, but that's it. Don't go winking at me and don't try to touch me. If you want female attention, go to your wife."
After that he stayed friendly, but he got the message and didn't try anything again.

The car reveal was pretty amazing to be a part of. She works with the photographers and videographers and they provide the material she then edits and turns into amazing content for Red Bulls social media.

"Ayla! Wait up!" Ayla turns around when she hears the voice of one of her colleagues behind her.
"Tina! I didn't see you after we landed. Where did you go?"

Both girls were on the same flight, but Ayla lost her on the airport.
"I know. I got sidetracked when I saw that Louis Vuitton store. I was hoping to get one, but they are still way too expensive for me." Tina pouts.
"Lets hope we can make some amazing content and get a promotion or a pay raise at some point. Then you can buy a bag." Ayla smiles.

Since the first time she and Tina met they pretty much became instant friends.
Tina is only twenty one and she is from Slovenia. She is amazing in editing pictures, so she is a very valuable asset to the team. There's of course a lot more people working on the content, but Ayla is the one who will decide on what they are making and she is the one who finalizes everything before it's put out there.

She knows not everybody will agree with her getting that job right of the bat, usually you'd have to be working in the social media department for a while to get a job like hers.
She knows it has helped her a lot that she is very close to Christian, but she hopes to show everybody who doubt her that she very much knows what she is doing.

Tina is also new so both girls can lean on each other as they get to know the rest of the team.
"So how is it to live on the Horner estate?" Tina asks her.
"It's nice. I mean I have my own place so it's not like I moved into the main house. But it's such a nice little house and I am very grateful that they let me stay there. I do pay rent though." Ayla quickly adds.

"Oh girl I don't care about that. If they would let you stay there for free I'd totally get that."
Tina smiles at her.
Ayla told her she has known Christian for a long time, she also knows Ayla's mom died and her dad used to work for the FIA. Ayla didn't tell her exactly why she doesn't speak to her father anymore, but she realizes they haven't been friends for that long, so maybe when they know each other even better she will open up more.
