Steak and eggs

At exactly six thirty, Daniel and Ayla are waiting outside of their cabana for Seb and Melissa.
If they were just waiting for Seb, they'd probably stayed inside a bit longer, but Melissa usually makes sure Seb is ready on time, so hopefully she will manage to do that again today.

Daniel has Ayla's hand safely in his. Their fingers intertwined as he rubs his thumb over her soft skin.
He had been dreading to record that video, but thanks to Ayla it wasn't as difficult as he feared it would be.
Especially what they did afterwards made it all worth it.

Now he will go and tell Seb before they will post the video on his social media tomorrow.
Ayla has already edited the video. She didn't have to do much, just cut off the part where Daniel announced he was going to have sex with her.

Now it's all set to be posted and that feels weird. Tomorrow the whole world will know that he has failed his career with McLaren and might never drive in an F1 car again. He's a bit scared for the shit he will get thrown over him from the critics who already feel he was washed. Now they will probably say they were right and he's not really sure if he will be strong enough to stand up for himself over and over again.

But as soon as that thought creeps in, Ayla feels a slight change in his demeanor and she squeezes his hand softly. It's barely a squeeze, but Daniel feels it and it gives him the sense of support he needs right now.

She reads him so well, it's like she has a sixth sense when it comes to him and how he's feeling. She doesn't need words, she barely even has to look at him to know how he's feeling. It's such an amazing feeling to have somebody like that, he never had a girlfriend who was so tuned in on him.

They only have to wait a few minutes before they see Seb and Melissa coming out their cabana and walking their way.
Ayla can see Melissa's tense posture and even though Seb is smiling and chatting to her, Melissa's not really participating in that conversation.

Something is very wrong and Ayla hopes her friend will open up to her, maybe there's something she can do to help out.
She just wants Melissa to enjoy this paradise as much as they have done the first few days.

Just looking around where they are now, the blue ocean surrounding them, behind them the beach and the jungle surrounding the resort. The sun is already setting which gives the entire island an even more magical feeling.

The path towards the resort and restaurants is lit with solar powered lights that have been pushed into the sand to make sure guests won't trip.
In the distance they see fairly lights hanging on the roof of the outside area of the resort.

It's all just perfect and Ayla wants it to feel this perfect for everybody. This place is made for romance and love, so seeing her best friend being upset doesn't feel good.

For now she will just play along and smile, pretend things are good and then hopefully later she can try to get Melissa to talk to her.

Seb and Melissa finally reach them and they greet each other warmly. Ayla hugs Melissa and Seb, followed by Daniel who gives Melissa a kiss on her cheek and Seb a slap on the shoulder.

"Mate, welcome to paradise. How is the cabana? Pretty awesome right?" Daniel greets his friend.
"Yeah it's gorgeous. The view is beyond anything I've ever seen." Seb answers.

"How about you Melissa. Did you see that swimming pool? And the bath tub, oh my god that is crazy right?" Ayla tries to pull Melissa into the conversation.
"It sure is something. I'll probably spend a lot of time in that tub." Melissa smiles. She tries, even though her smile misses her eyes.

"I can recommend getting a massage at the wellness center, they find knots you didn't even knew you had."
While they are having some small talk, they make their way towards the resort main building where the barbecue restaurant is located.
