Ayla hears Tina sob on the other side of the phone. She just had to call her to thank her for her heroic actions when Ayla needed her.
"Don't cry sweetie. Thanks to you I'm still alive. You were amazing." Ayla tells her friend.
"You remember everything?" Tina asks through her sobs.

"I do yeah. It's still a bit weird, but it's like all the pieces of a puzzle suddenly have fallen into place. And I know that I owe you my life. How can I ever thank you enough?"
Tina sniffs.
"What do you mean thank me? You came to rescue me first. In Jeddah. Because of me, David did something horrible to you. I know he ... well you know what I mean."

"How do you know? I didn't tell you." Ayla asks. She always felt ashamed for what David did, even though she knows it wasn't her fault. It's still something that she doesn't want everybody to know.
"I guessed it. You were so different after that night. But I just wanted you to know that you don't owe me anything. I still have given David brain damage. I'm a horrible person." Tina tells her.

"We're even then. But let's hope we won't have to save each other anymore. And David got what he deserved. He was a serial rapist and now the women of the world are safe from him. Don't feel bad about that. You are amazing." Ayla smiles.
Tina can't see her smile, but she can hear it in the tone of her friends voice.
"Yeah that would be nice. I'm so happy you are ok now. I love you, I see you more like a big sister than a friend." Tina says and Ayla feels herself get emotional again.
"And you are my little sister. I love you sis."

After they end the call, Tina turns to Lando who has a wide grin on his face.
"She remembers?" He asks, even though he already knows.
"She remembers." Tina confirms before she straddles Lando to continue what they started before Ayla called.
A weight has been lifted off her shoulders and she can finally let go of the guilt.

Yes David is probably going to be a vegetable for the rest of his life, but he will never hurt another woman again.

Ayla turns to Daniel with a smile, but then suddenly her face drops and her eyes widen.
"Oh no! The other guy? Did they catch the other guy?"
Daniel is clearly confused.
"What other guy?"

"David wasn't working alone. When he wanted me to go with him he had somebody else watching Christian and his family. He used that to persuade me. He was going to tell that guy to hurt Christian in front of his family if I refused to comply."
Ayla is on the verge of freaking out when she remembers David's accomplice.

"Hang on, nobody knew about a second guy. Obviously you and David weren't able to tell us anything about that. Christian is safe though. He's on vacation in Greece. Nothing happened to him." Daniel tells her, worried that the stress might harm her.

She just got her memory back, he doesn't want her to lose it again if she gets too distraught.
"He's ok? Nobody hurt him?" Ayla wants to know for sure.
"He is. I promise. But I don't think anybody knows who that other guy is. Did you see him?"
Ayla thinks hard to remember if she saw that guy. She knows David called him, FaceTimed even. But did she see the guys face?

"I'm not sure. They FaceTimed, I may have seen him briefly, but I don't really remember what he looked like. Maybe it will come back to me. It did seem like David was the brains behind it all. The other guy was just following orders." She nibbles her bottom lip as she tries to think of more details she may have noticed, but her head is a bit full after suddenly getting her memories back, so nothing comes up.

"For now it doesn't matter. David isn't going to do anything ever again and Christian is safe and on vacation." Daniel says, trying to reassure her.
