Yasmin is very gentle and calm when she helps Ayla out of her clothes. She makes sure to take her time and whenever she notices Ayla is getting uncomfortable, she pauses and just chats with her about random things. Yasmin makes sure not to talk about anything that happened tonight, but she talks about a movie she recently saw or music she likes to listens to. This way she hopes Ayla can let her guard down a bit and maybe trust Yasmin not to do anything against her will.

For Ayla it's very awkward at first, but Yasmin makes her feel like there's nothing awkward about having a nurse who's pretty much the same age, help you take your clothes off.

Then Yasmin helps her on the shower stool and leaves the bathroom. She still has the door slightly opened so she hears it when Ayla needs help.

When the warm water cascades down over Ayla's skin she takes a deep breath. The water stings on the abrasions, but she doesn't flinch. It feels like with every sting, a bit of Axel gets washed away from her.

She takes the washcloth and squirts a generous amount of amazing smelling shower gel on it.
She then starts to wash her skin. Gentle at first, but as she goes she rubs the cloth over her skin harder and harder.

Tears are running down her face again, mixing with the water that comes from the large shower head.
She scrubs her skin until it turns red, trying to get rid of every memory of Axel that is left on her.

She then scrubs her face, especially around her mouth where his hand was, smothering her and silencing her. She decides never to let anybody silence her again, nobody will ever be in control of her and her body like Axel was today.

Her skin is burning when she finally turns off the shower. She is red all over, but at least she feels somewhat clean. Not completely, but it's better than it was before.

Yasmin comes back in to help her and when she sees Ayla's skin she doesn't say anything. She has seen this before and she knows Ayla was just trying to wash off the memories of what happened to her.

It won't work, but Yasmin isn't going to tell her that. She wants Ayla to get in bed and sleep and then hopefully tomorrow she will be able to talk about it to somebody. It doesn't matter who, as long as she talks.

Helping Ayla into the night gown she then supports her as she brushes her teeth.
Taking small, slow steps Ayla manages to get back to the room and in bed where she lowers herself on the bed with a relieved sigh.

The mattress is soft, yet firm enough and for the first time since she got here she feels a bit relaxed. Yasmin makes sure she knows where the button is to call to the nurses and puts a jug of fresh water next to her so if she gets thirsty she can have a few sips.
She then hands Ayla some tablets.

"What are these?" Ayla asks.
"Just painkillers. A bit stronger than paracetamol, but nothing too crazy. We just want to make sure you are comfortable." Yasmin explains and Ayla gladly accepts them. Her head is killing her so it would be nice if these medicines kick in fast.

"Tomorrow we will start you on some preventative antibiotics and a course of drugs that will prevent a possible HIV infection." Yasmin suddenly says.
"But ... he didn't..." Ayla wants to protest.
"I know, but you do have a wound and we don't know if he had any bodily fluids get in contact with that wound. I know you say he didn't rape you, but we still don't want to take any chances. Please, you're young and healthy. Please take the meds to make sure you stay that way." Yasmin pleads.

Ayla lets her words sink in and realizes Yasmin is right. She should not take any risks so it's best to take the medicine and make sure she stays healthy.
"Ok I'll take the meds. For how long?" She wants to know.
"It's a course of four weeks. We will explain everything tomorrow. Is there a risk of pregnancy?" Yasmin asks her.
