After the longest flight she has ever been on, Ayla finally arrives in Melbourne. The Australian Grand Prix will be held coming weekend and Ayla flew out a week early so she can get over her jetlag and get prepared to finally get back to work.

She was right when she expected Christian to forbid her to work the rest of the weekend in Jeddah.
She was discharged from the hospital that Thursday when Daniel, Melissa and Tina came over to visit her.

Melissa came to pick her up in the rental car Seb was supposed to be using, but he was already at the track so she just went there and asked for the keys so she could get Ayla.
She told Seb to catch a ride with somebody else or walk back to the hotel.

He pretended to be offended, but instead he was so happy to have her back and her feistiness has always been one of the characteristics he loved most about her.
Melissa stayed with Ayla when she came back to the hotel until Christian came to her room.

It was clear that the two of them needed to talk and so Melissa left to have dinner with Seb.
Christian ordered roomservice for him and Ayla and he told her she wasn't allowed to work that weekend.

"But I can work just fine Christian. I just have to sit on my ass and get the content sorted." Ayla protested, but he wouldn't hear it.
"You have a concussion Ayla. You're not going to sit behind a computer with a concussion."
Ayla tried to say something, but Christian quickly cut her off.

"It's not happening. Please listen to me. I know you're a stubborn Dutchie, but I need you to take your time right now." He pleaded with her and she finally agreed.
It was also what the doctor told her. She needed rest, as little screen time as possible and a lot of quiet around her.

If she would go to the track, she would get none of that.
Still she hated not being able to be with the team, she wanted to be there to watch the Jeddah race. But she was stuck in her hotelroom, secretly watching it on tv.

Max did amazing, he truly is a very talented driver and she likes him a lot.
Checo, well he did good and even though his points were good for the team, Ayla just can't get excited if he does well.

She was pretty gutted to see Daniel in the back again. He finished on P14 after qualifying on P15 and he only moved up one position, because Latifi crashed. It was already crazy that Latifi in his Williams was in front of Daniel in the first place and it was even crazier when Daniel just couldn't get passed him.

Ayla could clearly see how deflated Daniel looked in the media own after the race and it broke her heart. She wished she was there to give him a hug, but then she saw his girlfriend in the garage and she remembered that he doesn't need her. He has Kendra who will be there for him and support him.

It was hard being in her hotel room on her own. Even though she knew hotel security was on high alert and her room was nowhere near the fire escape. Still she was so relieved to leave that place and fly back to the UK for a few days.

They still hadn't found Axel, but the police also didn't think he had left the country yet. There had been no sight of him on the airport, but he was also not seen anywhere in Jeddah.
So it was a mystery where he went to, which made Ayla stay on edge as long as she was there.

Back in the UK at the Horner property she was able to relax a little bit. She knew the security on this place was amazing and there are cameras everywhere. Also Geri and Christian have a couple of dogs, not exactly the best guard dogs, but they would always bark if they saw somebody coming.

After barking they would then roll on their backs for belly scratches, but at least they would let Christian and Geri know they had a visitor.

While they were back, Ayla didn't really leave her cottage much. She felt better staying inside, she didn't want Geri and Christian to worry about her, but she also knew she wouldn't be able to pretend to be ok. Geri kept bringing her food which was absolutely lovely.
