Shocking news

After a month of traveling from Australia to Italy to Miami to Spain, everybody has now settled down in Monaco for the Grand Prix.

Ayla has finished her anti HIV treatment which is a blessing. She had some side effects like nausea and she didn't have much of an appetite while she took them. But now she is feeling better and she just came back from a hair salon where she lightened her hair a bit more. It's now a warm caramel color which she really likes.

She hasn't been bothered by Kendra anymore, but it did seem that wherever Daniel was, Kendra was as well.
Every time she saw Ayla, she just glared at her and made sure to be very physical with Daniel. Touching him or kissing him. Everything to show Ayla that Daniel is not available.

Most of the time Ayla just rolled her eyes and gave Kendra a sweet smile. She's not going to let her get to her. She has enough to deal with, without being bothered by a woman who is apparently so insecure about her relationship that she has to warn other women not to get too close to her boyfriend.

It does suck though, Ayla wants to talk to Daniel more than anything.
She has seen him struggle so much on track with the car and she can see him losing his confidence fast.

It is heartbreaking to watch him struggle so much and she wants to be there for him, offer him some support and tell him she knows he still has it. It's not him, it's the combination of him and a car that doesn't suit him at all.

She has been hearing some people from McLaren trashing Daniel when they thought nobody could hear them and it made her blood boil.

She became friends with one of the girls on the McLaren team who works close with the drivers and mechanics.
From her she heard that the team feels like Daniel will have to adjust to the car the way Lando likes it. But those set ups don't work with Daniel. It's just that his suggestions don't get taken seriously, so it's like they just don't want to work with him to help him get better.

Every time she sees Daniel in interviews she can see the light in his eyes isn't as bright as it used to be. His smile never reaches his eyes anymore and he just seems drained.

She did reach out over text a lot and he seemed to appreciate it, but they haven't been able to talk together face to face.

Maybe this weekend that will change. Kendra isn't going to attend the race because apparently she has some event for her cosmetics line and she is in America for that.
Ayla hopes she will be able to catch up with Daniel, but she is swamped all week because it being the Monaco race, there's plenty of things that need to be put on social media.

There's a lot of little videos and challenges the team had set up for Max and Checo which all need to be edited and posted online.

She barely has time to catch up with Melissa who arrived the other day. She hadn't been to Miami and Barcelona due to work, but this weekend she is back on Sebs side, much to everybody's pleasure.

On Thursday night Ayla finally has some time to go for a drink with Melissa and Seb and Tina who invited Lando to tag along.

The two of them have been talking a lot, but so far they are still just friends.
For the others around them it's clear that both Lando and Tina really like each other, but they are too shy to do something about it.

Lando does tease and prank Tina a lot. Scaring her when she comes around a corner causing the poor girl to jump. It always ends with Lando getting slapped on the arm by Tina, but both are just enjoying the banter.

Ayla would love to see the two together, Lando is a good guy and he seems to really like Tina. But she knows Tina and Tina is quite shy and being with a driver means you get slammed online. The way so called fans treat the drivers girlfriend on social media is disgusting and you need to be very strong to cope with that.
