Is he alright?

Amber's Pov:

I ran home with the kids like Luke asked and called the baby sitter that we already talked to about getting the kids tomorrow so me and Luke could have some alone time. She understood the situation and was over about 5 minutes later. I had no idea where Luke was so I asked Siri the closes hospital and I drove there. About 10 minutes later I made it and I hoped that Luke was in this hospital. I walked up to the lady and told her Luke's name and she said he was here. She gave me the room number and I walked there. Luke was laying in a bed and it looks like he was still unconscious.  I walked in and Luke looked towards me. "Hey babe," he said. "Luke are you ok," I asked. "Yes and I'm glad it was me rather than you," he said as he forced a smile. I looked at his leg and saw that it was wrapped. "Did they fix your leg," I asked. "Yes and thank god I didn't loose my leg," he said with a smile. "Does it hurt," I asked as tears formed. "Don't cry Amber" he said. "But it's my fa-," I started but got cut off. "Amber it isn't your fault it's my job to protect you it could have been anyone in that water. I decided to help you and everyone else in the water. But babe trust me it's not your fault," he said as he opened his arms as if he wanted a hug. I walked over to him and hugged him. I mumbled an okay in his chest. The doctor walked in and said Luke could go home in a couple of hours. During those hours I thanked Luke so much for saving me. I would have got killed because he only got bit by one and I could have got bit by 3. When Luke was able to go home he had to uses crutches or a wheelchair since he couldn't walk. He decided to leave in crutches because he doesn't want to be in a wheel chair. When we got home Luke was greeted by the kids. I paid the baby sitter 200 for her trouble and she thanked me and left. Luke walked over to the couch and the kids sat on either side of him and the three eventually fell asleep. I started supper which was spaghetti and meatballs. The twins eventually woke up from the smell but Luke didn't. When I was done I served the kids and went to wake Luke up. I walked over to him and shook him gently, nothing. "Luke it's time for dinner baby," I said, still nothing. I got in his lap and kissed him which woke him up. He came over to the table and I fixed him a plate then fixed me one. We were eating in silence until Beau spoke. "Daddy when happened to your leg," he asked. "Well son I got bit by a shark but I'm perfectly fine now," Luke said. Beau was quiet like he was processing what Luke said. "Then why are you on those metal things," Sadie asked confused. "Yeah why daddy," Beau asked confused. "Well guys those are called crutches and daddy needs them to help him walk for a bit before I can do it by myself," he answered. "Oh," Beau said as he tried to understand. "I'm glad your ok daddy," Sadie said with a smile. "Ooh me too," Beau said as he gave Luke a slobbery kiss. "Are you happy mama," Sadie asked me."Of course I am baby girl," I answered. After dinner we watched tv with the kids until they fell asleep. I picked them up and put them to bed. Since Beau and Sadie are growing up so fast we put Beau in his own room. He loves the privacy but he also loves his sister. After I put them to bed me and Luke went to bed and laid down and I finally heard Luke's soft snores. I rolled over to face him and I cuddled into his side and finally fell asleep.

What should happen next I'm running out of ideas and I don't want to stop the book.
