Emma's pov

I'm doing my meal prep for the week, watching the YouTuber Janet ndomahina , for inspiration since I'm done with my fast I started by making my morning lower calorie smoothie.

1 cup of ice
I cup of blueberries
Half a scoop of pea plant protein powder
Half a cup of strawberries
A third of a banana
And six ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

I make that recipe five times, for each day of the week yet in between each back I wash all the dishes I use each time that's my orthorexia taking over I don't want anything from one smoothie spreading to the next. I take a sip of celery juice from my green celery juice and see my dad coming down the stairs.

"Hey sweetie" my dad says coming down the left stair case

" Hey daddy, I'm making my food for the week!" I say as I give him a hug.

" That's great honey, make sure to have some variety I have to head to work." He states while running a comb through his shoulder length blonde hair, adding in a bit of jel in front of the mirror.

" Okay, a I will! Love you!"
" Love you Emma have a nice day"

I move on into making my lunches a salad for Monday

Two cups of lettuce

Two and a half ounces of chopped cucumber

Two ounces of chopped tomatoes

Half an ounce of chopped olives

Five grams of red onions

And half an ounce of a vinegary dressing on the side.

The rest of my meals for the week will have meat. Thursday I'll be having chicken nachos.

Grain nachos

A cup and a half of chicken ( Cayenne pepper and salt for seasoning)

An ounce of corn

An ounce of tomatoes

One and a half ounces of olives

Half an ounce of red onions

Half an ounce of jaleponeons

An ounce of red and green salsa on the side.

As my video ends I take a break from meal prepping and watch a karmelita fox video.

Cate's pov

Finally no one is home so I start packing my food for tomorrow while filming an intro into my video diary.

" I plan on not purging at all this week, so I'm making some of my basic safe foods. Unlike Emma and  I can not meal prep for the whole week I just make the fooni want for the day!"

I stop and add some cucumber and lemon into my water and take a large gulp.

" For Monday lunch I'm making homemade well half homemade vegan pizza. " With how often I'm filming myself maybe I should start a YouTube channel.

" I bought this vegan dough from the store and some vegetables and vgan cheese to put on it, the dough is nine inches after it's baked so, as long as I don't binge I will be eating this Monday and Tuesday. "

I take out the dough and being to add on

Half a sliced green bell pepper

Dried chillie

Half a cup of dried tomatoes

An ounce of dried pepperoncinis

A pinch of cilantro

And some basil

And an ounce of sliced cucumbers.

I added on my vegan cheese and put it in the over to bake.

I turned back to the camera.

" I just opened up the cabinet and saw a new unopened packaged of Oreos and we have vanilla ice cream in the fridge. I'm not going to eat any though I'll just have a glass of water and this apple."

But even as I say it I know I won't stop at the apple I'm hungry for those cookies I want the cookies. I reach up and turn off the camera my school week hasn't closed yet so I can purge the cookies man ice cream.

And an hour later with my pizza out of the over and packed up for tomorrow is exactly what I'm doing.

But I didn't stop at an entire package of ice cream and half a tub of ice cream. No then I had four glasses of orange juice, two giant salads and a milkshake chased with bottles of water and a popsicle stick to make purging easier.

I think I myself

" This is why you can't be a YouTuber, you have so little self control youd rather vomit your food up then not eat. " I turn on my camera.

" Purged Again, but it's okay because, my school week hasn't begun yet. I just need to find better distractions whenever I want to binge and I'm not even hungry." I look into my reflection into the bathroom mirror, I won't lie face aside my body looks good I had been eating pretty healthy. I snap a faceless picture with my hand reaching to my belly from around my back.

Then I post on Tumblr.

Lee's pov

I'm trying to make some good food options for the next week.
I've been looking for good inspiration.

Of course I have my quest Pop tarts, cookies, chips and what not but those are snacks not meals. I still need things other than green apples. Oranges and bananas.

So I turn on my tv and watch a few Sanne violet videos for inspiration and I decided to make chicken sandwiches for Tuesday and Thursday.

2.5 ounces of air fried chicken

3 ounces of spinach

6 cherry tomatoes

1 ounce of chopped zucchini

1.5 ounces of chopped red bell pepper

5 grams of parmesan cheese.

For Monday and Wednesday I watch a Linda sun video for inspiration and decided on a veggie plate and protein spaghetti.

12 mini carrots

5 cherry tomatoes

Three full sticks of celery cut into thirds

Two ounces of snap peas

And
2.5 ounces of broccoli.

For the spaghetti I make

3.5 ounces of barrila protein pasta

1 ounce of meat flavored pasta sauce

Two ounces of 97/3 ground beef

I packed two additional fruits for every day and three protein snacks.

For Friday I'll pick up a chipotle bowl. I never cook my food in oil so getting oiled up chipotle food is a bit  of a treat and gives me energy for heavy workouts on Fridays.
