Rebecca: My mom made breakfast, it's healthier than normal typically I just have a donut, and some hot chocolate so super unhealthy, but it's still a ton of food.
Regina 🎈: if it's what you want I say eat it. Or eat till your full then stop. Just put it in your app and you'll be fine! Although I hate hash browns.
Rebecca: Thank you! I have been slowly saying no to the large portions of food she cooks though. I'll probably eat one slice of toast, all the hash browns and bacon, the egg but no juice or pancakes. Even though I try and copy Emma and eat clean fried foods still tugbat my heart strings.
Cate 😶🌫️: that might work for you, but fluids are important get a large glass of water instead !! On that note what is everyone having for breakfast? I've got,
Lee 🍣 : That looks great, I couldn't eat mushrooms for breakfast but if you're happy I'm happy. Avocados are great though. But it's before noon so I won't be contributing to breakfast talks. The fasting doesn't work for everyone but all honesty it works great for me.
Rebecca: it looks great I love mushrooms but hate cilantro! But even looking at that it looks like such a small portion but it looks great.
Emma 🧬: Honestly both of those options seem filling. I love spinach Cate and would definitely steal that off your plate. I've got a lovely breakfast though.
