─── ୭🧷✧˚. ᵎᵎ 🎀 EVANGELINE GIGGLED LIGHTLY AS DEAN SNAPPED A PICTURE OF HIS BROTHER. Sam sat in the front seat fast asleep, his shaggy hair a mess sweeping in front of his eyes. Dean had stuffed a plastic spoon in his mouth before snapping a rather embarrassing picture of the boy.

“Your cruel Winchester” Evangeline muttered from the backseat.

His smirk brightened like the idea somehow added to his already very big ego.

The hunter simply leaned forward, twisting the knob that controlled the music. The loud rock song boomed, and Evangeline couldn't help but let out a small laugh as Sam jumped.

His eyes brimmed with drowsiness, and he instantly spit out the spoon a glare forming on his eyes as he aimed it at his brother.

“Ha ha” Sam grumbled dryly “very funny” he turned his head to Evangeline “I would think you would stop him”.

Evangeline's smile grew “I was an innocent bystander” she raised her arms up in defense.

Dean let a deep laugh roll off his lips. It was nice. Evangeline had forgotten what having people felt like.

“Sorry” Dean smiled unapologetically “there's not a lot of scenery here in East Texas. Kinda gotta make your own”.

“Man, we're not kids anymore Dean” Evangeline had to stifle a laugh at Sam's sassy tone. “We're not going to start this crap again”.

“Again” Evangeline questioned, raising a brow.

Dean smiled proudly.

“This stupid prank stuff” Sam grumbled to her “it always escalates”.

Dean leaned over to her “He's just afraid he's gonna get some more Nair in his shampoo again”.

Evangeline's lips broke into a smile.

“Fine” Sam remarked “just remember you started it”.

“Oh bring it on baldy”.

“I would pay to see that,” she exclaimed.

“No money needed sweetheart” the eldest hunter chimed his eyes gazing at hers for a minute before they swept back to the road “we can buy a clown statue and put it in his room at night”.

Sam paled.

Evangeline let out a laugh “little Sammy scared of clowns” she asked.

He didn't respond. He simply gulped. “You two aren't funny” he muttered. “Where are we even?” his eyes flickered to the window.

“A few hours outside Richardson, give me the lowdown again”.

Sam let a sigh pass between his lips, grabbing the paper that lay on the dashboard. His eyes read through the ink fast “All right, about a month or two ago, this group of kids went poking around this local haunted house” he started.
