One... more... class...

(Y/N) walked through the doors of the Art room with a rather worn expression, Mr. Möller chuckling softly as he welcomed his student inside. She flashed a tired smile at him, but it was gone just as quickly as it came. Slugging off her backpack and moving to grab her project, she was surprised to see Silvius sitting down already, having not noticed him enter.

"Hi," she greeted with a nod, he returning the gesture but not saying anything.

She noticed that the boy was very quiet, and didn't like to say much, however always seemed to be surrounded by people. Flicking her gaze to the corner of her eye, she could already see a gaggle of people trying to shove their way through the crowd to try and sit next to him.

Damn...

He's more popular than I thought.

"Why are you staring at me?" He asked without even needing to look up, his shoulders still hunched while his hand steadily painted away.

"Huh?" She snapped out of her thoughts, he finally meeting her gaze.

The yellow of his eye was cool, clear, and seemingly bored and uninterested with whatever was going on around him as he said, "You kept staring at me like I'm on display. What do you want?"

"Oh, uh, nothing," she emphasized, then nodding her head towards the people behind him. "It's them that want something. I was just noticing that, is all."

He did indeed turn toward where she gestured, almost immediately as soon as he did blushes scrawling across the cheeks of those that he looked at. Stuttering incoherently, they dispersed and wandered back to their own tables, both (Y/N)—and Mr. Möller who had been observing the entire thing—letting their jaws drop.

The heck!?

Just by looking at them he was able to make them leave him alone!?

What!?

"You're still looking at me," he exhaled, his deep voice now laced with slight annoyance.

"How... did you do that?"

"Do what?"

"When one is vying for another's attention, it is usually quite difficult for them to leave that person alone, and yet, you just looked at them and they left you alone," she explained, turning her eyes away from him since he seemed so uncomfortable when she didn't. "That's quite impressive."

"I don't see how that is," he responded, his tensed muscles relaxing. "And besides, it's not something that deserves gawking at."

"Sorry... I just need a trick like that for me to get my friends to leave each other alone," she chuckled softly, dipping her paintbrush into some black paint and painting the eyes of the girl that was in the picture she was copying, noticing that he too was painting a girl. "They always are arguing, and one of them is always trying to beat the other up."

"Sounds... chaotic."

"It is, pretty much all the time, too," she responded with a sigh. "What's funny is how me and one friend think our other two friends would work well together as a couple. They don't believe that, though, and they're the ones always arguing with each other."

"So... your friends like each other, but they don't have the courage to tell the other ?" Silvius propped his chin up with his fist, tapping the tip of his brush against the table.

"I'm not sure."

"How hilarious."

"What do you mean?"

"If they like each other as you think, why wait? What if they find someone else while they're hesitating? If anything... they should confess and accept rejection, or confess and be accepted. Either way, a weight will be lifted from their shoulders," he explained, (Y/N) noticing that as he was saying this, he seemed a bit agitated—his brows furrowed, his lips twitched, and his fingers tightening around his brush.

"I see..." she nodded, a bit curious actually of his strange reaction.

"Whatever," he sighed, looking at her from the corner of his eye, the glimmer in his gaze fading as his eyes dulled, his mood successfully soured from the topic of conversation. "People like that will never be able to do what they want for the person they like. They'll... always be too late. And when they do confess... it'll only hurt that special person more."

Seems like this has happened to him before...

Oh, wow.

Who would reject someone with a face like that? Like, seriously!?

(Y/N) grimaced at how good-looking he was, even when he was a feeling a bit gloomy, and sighed, not noticing him glance up at her sudden shift in mood. Deciding not to bother him anymore, noticing that he pretty much liked to be alone, she resumed painting, packing up quickly when the bell rang and almost walking out of the door when Silvius stopped her by grabbing her arm.

Woah!

His hands are cold!

Shivering a little bit at the frigid touch, she however halted and turned to face him, a bit puzzled as to why he reached out to her.

"Listen... (Y/N)," he sighed, releasing her and rubbing the back of his neck, by then most every other student having trickled out the door, Mr. Möller in his back office however eavesdropping on the two in intrigue. "Don't... let your friend hesitate, okay? It fucking sucks... make sure to tell him that."

Trailing off, he then gave her a nod before leaving, however his words only confirming her hunch that something had happened to him.

But, seriously...

I need his skin regime.

"So..." Mr. Möller grinned cheekily down at her, watching as she jumped in surprise from his sudden appearance. "What was all that about?"

"What was what?"

"I saw that little exchange between you two..." he chuckled, his smile seeming to widen.

"Oh, my God," (Y/N) groaned, turning to face him with an amused expression. "Ever since you started dating Miss Shreya, the only thing that's been on your mind is romance now, hasn't it?" She let out a breath from her nostrils when seeing his dark skin flush a light pink, already knowing she was right. "Mr. Möller, you don't have to worry." Patting his arm and adjusted her backpack, she continued, "I'm not anywhere near ready for a relationship, so rest assured."

"I-I wasn't worried," he quickly proclaimed, however his dark eyes saying something else.

Ah...

He's already taken on the dad role...

Well, now that I think about it, Miss Shreya and him have been dating for well over a year now... and he's been nothing but giggles and happiness since then.

Pff.

Giving Mr. Möller another smile, she turned and left.
