Exactly at 6 am, the digital clock on the bedside table vibrates. When Jennie opened her eyes, she found that her body was no longer as cold as it used to be.

There was a warm source of heat next to her. Jennie suddenly turned her head and saw that Lisa was sleeping quietly beside her.

His calm face added a touch of serenity and beauty to himself. It was only at this moment, Jennie finally believed that this extraordinary man was indeed her husband.

Seeing that he was still sleeping, she carefully get up. Because she was worried that she would share a bed with Lisa, she didn't change her office clothes last night.

Jennie quietly got out of bed and walked out of the room.

She came back late last night, and also because she needs to sleep in the same bed with Lisa, Jennie deliberately did not take a shower.

Since Jennie didn't take a shower last night, her body felt sticky. She hurried to the cloakroom on the second floor to pick up a set of clean clothes and then rushed to the bathroom.

After taking a shower, she straightened the wrinkles on her clothes and opened the bathroom door. She was surprised to hear a noise coming from the kitchen.

Jennie quickly walked to the kitchen and saw Chitthip, wearing an apron she had bought at a nearby store, cutting carrots.

"Why did you get up so early?" Chitthip looked at Jennie with a smile. "I think you will be like Somi, who likes to lie in bed lazily. She will not wake up until 9 o'clock. Go wake up Lisa. In about ten minutes, we can have breakfast together."

"Mom, how can I let you prepare breakfast? Let me do it!" Jennie walked hurriedly and took the knife from Chitthip's hand.

"No need! I love doing this!" Chitthip glanced at her with a smile. "Even though there are a lot of servants at Manoban Mansion, I always do my job on my own. I have hands and feet, so I don't need help from anyone else."

Jennie wanted to say something, but when she saw Chitthip glare at her, she stopped.

When she came out of the kitchen, she was surprised to see Lisa standing at the kitchen's outside door. He casually adjusted the bathrobe and walked past her while giving her an indifferent look. "Mom, what are you doing?"

"Make a sumptuous breakfast for my son and daughter-in-law. Healthy beef, carrots, and porridge." Chitthip put sliced carrots into the rice cooker.

Jennie immediately cringed. She stared at the vast size of the carrot pieces and the pot of rice in Chitthip's hand. It was like waiting for a disaster to happen.

Lisa tilted his head and looked at the mess in the kitchen. "Are you sure this breakfast is edible?"

"Of course! Go take a shower. Later we can have breakfast together." Chitthip said while looking at the two of them who were still standing outside the door.

She scolded Lisa, who was laughing like a fox. "I have taken care of your sister abroad for many years. Has your sister ever died from eating my food?"

Lisa just smiled and said nothing. He turned and entered the bathroom.

Jennie watched Chitthip cooking silently. Chitthip closed the rice cooker with its lid, but she forgot to set the timer and then started to clean the dishes.

Jennie quietly entered the kitchen and adjusted the timer.

Chitthip suddenly turned around and frowned when she saw Jennie. "What are you doing here?"

"Uh...Mom, let me help you!"

"No need! I'll do it myself! " Chitthip insisted, gesturing for Jennie to wait outside.
