Walking out of the Manoban's Building, Jennie looked at the plaza in front of her, thought for a bit, then slowly walked towards that direction. She stopped beside the flower bed around the flagpole and looked at where the woman had previously stood.

Jennie stood there, turned around, and looked at the Manoban's building.

From her point of view, the woman must have been watching the 18th floor.

What was she looking at? What the hell had she been standing here all night? Or did she come back in the morning after she left at night?

Had Lisa come to see her? If yes, why was his face so calm, as if nothing had happened?

If Jennie remembered correctly, Somi had shown her a photo of Niki. That day, the little girl's face looked too similar to Niki's.

Could that woman be Niki?

The story that Somi had told her about Lisa, the woman that GD had never mentioned, a woman ... A woman who killed Lisa's heart.

Could it be her?

"Mom, dad seems to be worried about something recently?" Nancy, who was peeling the sweet and sour orange skin, looked at Jihoon, who walked into his office without expression.

Lian was also looking at the closed door, deep in thought.

"Mom? Why aren't you saying anything? Did you and dad fight?" Nancy ate an orange, stood up, and sat beside Lian.

Nancy was giggling as she wrapped her arms around Lian. "I haven't heard the two of you quarrel these past two days, what's going on?"

"Is there any news about the crystal necklace that I told you to look at a while ago?" Lian patted Nancy's hands as she looked at her daughter, who loved to act like a spoiled child ever since she was young.

Nancy paused, "Not yet. What happened to the necklace? I remember when Jennie's mother committed suicide, wasn't that necklace already broken? All these years, whenever I went out for a stroll, you always asked me to find it. I had gone to Jennie's residence, but I still couldn't find it!"

Lian did not say a word and sighed.

"Is the necklace really that important? What exactly is going on?"

"Blame it on your father's stupidity! If he hadn't handed over such an important thing to that damned woman as an engagement token, the whole family wouldn't be in a state of panic for more than twenty years." lLian frowned. She cast a displeased glance at Aunt Wang, who was standing at the side. "Miss always likes to eat oranges these few days. I'm afraid she might get a stomach ache. Go cook some soup for her."

Aunt Wang nodded and turned to leave.

When Nancy saw that Aunt Wang was deliberately shunned, she could not help but become curious. "That necklace...Could it be that there's some sort of secret behind it?"

"It's all from 20 years ago. Originally, everything was dealt with cleanly, and only that necklace was given to that dead woman by your father. If someone found that necklace, our entire family would be in trouble." lLian sighed and then rubbed her aching forehead, "I don't know if Jennie has that necklace or not. I asked someone to check and found out that the necklace was not with that woman when she committed suicide. Looks like that woman will not stop giving me problems even when she's dead! She really can't bear to see our whole family to live in peace!"

Nancy frowned, "It's that serious? In the past, when Jennie lived in our house, did you search through her things? Did you really find nothing?"

Lian shook her head, her eyes filled with suspicion. "That little girl, although she seemed so honest when she was young, she was actually so meticulous with her belongings."

"What about V? Is it possible that he has it?"

Lian slowly shook her head. "I have personally seen all their things, and none of them have it. I suspect the necklace is not in their hands at all."

"Wouldn't it be better if they didn't have it?"

"I'm worried the necklace is in the hands of someone who has a hidden motive. Twenty years ago, people who knew about it ..." Lian narrowed her eyes, looking increasingly uneasy.

It seems she needed to use extraordinary means to make those who know about it disappear.

After her working hours ended, Jennie left the company with Rosé while chatting and laughing. Suddenly, Rosé stopped and pulled on the sleeve of her shirt. "Jen! Look!"Looking in the direction she pointed, Jennie saw Krystal standing on the side of the road. She was pacing back and forth.

"Jennie, do you even have any shame!" Krystal rushed forward to slap her as soon as she saw her.

Seeing this, Rosé hurriedly tried to pull Jennie away.

Jennie frowned as she looked at the furious Krystal. She immediately Lifted her hand to block her attack. "Miss Jung, please be more respectful when you speak. I have tolerated you long enough! How have I offended you?"

Why did this Krystal always appear so suddenly? Did Jennie owe her a debt in her past life? That's why she kept bothering her.

"You're still pretending to be innocent!" Krystal flung her arms forcefully and pointed at her face with gritted teeth. "Will you die when you see other people's happiness? Kai doesn't want you anymore, why are you still bothering him! A woman like you is truly despicable!"

"Krystal! Even if you're framing someone, you still have to give evidence!" The more Jennie heard, the more she felt it was ear-piercing. Suddenly, she sternly interrupted her words.

"You still want to argue? You still have the face to quibble?" Krystal didn't pretend to be innocent, but her eyes were full of anger. She suddenly took out an album from her bag and slammed it on the ground. A gust of wind blew over, showing the album content.

Jennie's face froze as she stared at the photos on the floor. She looked at the woman who had gone crazy and asked, "This is your evidence?"

"He hasn't wanted you in a long time, why are you still bothering him?! Why did he have your picture in his suitcase after he came back from a two-day trip? Are you having an affair behind my back? Are you planning to take Kai away from me? You shameless slut, you're already married, how can you still seduce men outside! I'll tell you, Jennie, you ..."

"Krystal!" Suddenly, a black Mercedes-Benz stopped on the side of the road. Kai got out of the car, and when he saw the situation, he quickly ran over and grabbed Krystal's arm. "What are you doing? Stop making a scene. Come back with me!"

"Scram!" Krystal shook his hand forcefully, "Get lost! Don't think that I didn't know that you were actually going on a business trip with your old lover! Did she give you this picture? This bitch wants to reminisce about your past in this way, doesn't she?"

"I told you earlier, it had nothing to do with her! Let's go back and talk!" Kai frowned and put his arm around her shoulders, but he didn't dare to look at the suspicious Jennie. "Be good and listen to me. Come back with me."

Krystal pushed him away with all her might as if she was determined not to let this matter go. She turned around and was about to grab Jennie's hair. "You despicable woman! How dare you seduce my man!"

Jennie didn't quite understand the situation, but when she heard Krystal's words, she immediately wanted to laugh.

Seducing her man?

What the hell!

What kind of joke was this!

Krystal was screaming like Jennie had wronged her.
