After the alarm and the reshuffling of class representatives, Aizawa-Sensei stands before us with an intense, no-nonsense expression, ready to outline our next challenge.

“Today’s training will be a bit different,” he begins, his voice carrying a weight that instantly commands silence. “You’ll be working under the supervision of three instructors: myself, All Might, and another faculty member.”

Sero, ever the curious one, raises his hand eagerly. “Sir! What kind of training are we talking about?”

“Rescue operations,” Aizawa-Sensei explains, his tone grave and serious. “You’ll be dealing with scenarios such as natural disasters, shipwrecks, and other emergency situations.”

Excitement ripples through the room as murmurs of anticipation fill the air. The challenge ahead is daunting but thrilling.

“Hold on,” Aizawa-Sensei’s voice cuts through the buzz, pulling us back to focus. “What you wear for this exercise is up to you. I know you’re eager to showcase your costumes, but remember, you’re still adjusting to them, and they might limit your abilities. This training will take place at an off-campus facility, so we’ll be taking a bus there. That’s all. Start getting ready.”

We head to the lockers, each of us changing into our costumes with a mix of excitement and nervous energy. I take a moment to look at my reflection, adjusting my outfit. A rush of anticipation and trepidation fills me as I prepare for what’s to come. Once changed, we gather outside and wait for the bus.

As the students gathered outside, ready to board the bus to the USJ, Aizawa-Sensei’s eyes were drawn to Mailin among the group. She was adjusting her hero costume, ensuring everything was in place before the training began.

The moment he saw her, Aizawa-Sensei’s usual composure was momentarily disrupted. Her costume, a careful balance of functionality and aesthetic appeal, fit her well and highlighted her Quirk's potential. He noticed how it accentuated her grace and the meticulous care she had put into preparing it. His heart skipped a beat as he took in the sight.

Aizawa-Sensei quickly averted his gaze, his cheeks flushing slightly. The unexpected reaction left him feeling unsettled. It was a jarring reminder of how often he had found himself thinking about Mailin since they met. His mind raced with self-reprimand. This was his student, and it was crucial to maintain professional boundaries.

“Focus on the task at hand,” he mentally chastised himself, shaking his head slightly. “This isn’t the time for distractions.”

He adjusted his scarf and squared his shoulders, returning his attention to the logistics of the day’s training. As he called the students to board the bus, he made a conscious effort to maintain his usual stern demeanor, pushing aside the personal thoughts that had intruded.

On the bus, he remained detached, giving the students instructions and ensuring they were prepared for the exercise. But even as he focused on his role, a part of him couldn’t completely shake the image of Mailin in her hero costume. He reminded himself firmly of his responsibilities and the importance of keeping his personal feelings in check.

The bus ride was filled with the students' excited chatter, but Aizawa-Sensei’s mind was preoccupied with the need to balance his professional role with the unexpected stirrings of personal emotion.

The bus ride is lively with animated discussions. My classmates eagerly debate their Quirks and compare who has the flashiest abilities.

Momo leans over, her eyes sparkling with genuine interest. “Hoshino, your Telekinesis will be incredibly useful in a rescue scenario. You could move debris or help people without needing to be physically close.”
