They felt like they'd stepped into a time machine, transported back to that winter day. The same airport with heart broken memories, and unspoken words. Near the T3 exit, a young boy who had once struggled to hold back tears, his heart heavy with secrets. Now, in the same seat, he found the courage to speak the words he'd never dared to say before. he revealed his deepest fears, shed his shame, and exposed his true self.

Jungkook's eyes locked onto his, filled with compassion and understanding. His voice was hoarse with emotion as he asked, "What are you afraid of, Jimin?"

Jimin's sobs echoed through the airport, his words tumbling out in a desperate confession, "I'm afraid you'll think I'm weird... that I had feelings for you when I was young."

"It's not odd, Jimin. Look I had feelings too." Jungkook's response was gentle, reassuring,

With tender fingers, Jungkook wiped away Jimin's tears, his touch igniting a spark of hope. "Show me How do you fold these stars again?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper. Together, they folded the papers into stars.

Jungkook took the stars and gazed at them, his eyes shining with unspoken promises. He tucked them into his pocket, "I'll keep these safe," he whispered, his voice filled with conviction.

Jimin lowered his head, his gaze fixed on his toes. As Silence stretched between them,

"until now, I've made you cry so many times," Jungkook finally said, his voice soft but laden with regret. He reached out, taking Jimin's hand in his own, a gesture of both apology and connection. Jimin inhaled deeply, his breath shaky, and tears began to spill down his cheeks.

Jungkook stood up, his eyes earnest as he continued, "Stand up. I want to hold you. It's not convenient to hold you if you're sitting down."

With a final swipe of his tears, Jimin rose to his feet, his movements hesitant. In the next breath, Jungkook bent at the waist and enveloped Jimin in a tight embrace. "Why are you telling me this now?" he asked, his voice muffled by the closeness.

Jimin's voice was barely audible, laden with a quiet melancholy. "I just needed to say it."

Jungkook's hold loosened, a light chuckle escaping him. "You came back early just to tell me this?"

Jimin remained silent for a moment, then spoke with a resigned air. "I came to find you because there's something else I need to say."

Jungkook's eyes softened. "Then why are you crying?"

Jimin was silent, his emotions tangled in the confession he was struggling to voice.

Jungkook's laughter was gentle, almost soothing. "Back then, I didn't have a 'so-called' girlfriend. Now, I have my real lover-my boyfriend."

Jimin lifted his head, locking eyes with Jungkook, searching for sincerity in his expression. Jungkook helped Jimin adjust his coat, buttoning it up with a practiced hand. "Why do you look so pitiful? Why don't you wear something warmer?" he teased, a tender smile playing on his lips. Jimin remained still, absorbing the moment, his eyes reflecting a mixture of vulnerability and hope. He managed a weak smile and wiped away his tears once more.

"Let's go home," Jungkook said, his voice filled with warmth and reassurance. Jimin nodded, allowing Jungkook to lead him away. The cold night air wrapped around them, but within their shared silence, there was a fragile, growing warmth.

They get in the car, and Jimin pulls out a wet tissue from his bag. He dabs at his tears, his expression gradually softening. The sight of him like this brings a sense of calm to Jungkook. Jungkook helps Jimin buckle up, his touch gentle. He glances over at Jimin and asks again, "Why did you decide to come back earlier?"
