(Author's notes: Warning: mentions of childbirth in the Cybertronian version, but thankfully, nothing too explicit. Not only do I freak out about such things from real life and from horror movies that easy, but also, Watt Pad has a strict explicit content limiting policy. End of author's notes.)
(Uniend Cluster 831.1012.514.1014.25.07.02.23.32 Zeta-Alpha-Kappa, Tuesday, May 17th, 1988, third person POV...)
In the Autobot base, Photonblade was cowering in fear, because in the main medical bay, Elita One was in labor despite the fact that she and Optimus had never done the do on Earth or on Cybertron even during the Great War, as well as the fact that Cybertronians giving birth through sexual means like humans was unheard of in the Quadwal cluster thanks to Hasbro limiting such things from their Transformers franchise's content because Transformers is meant for children at the ages of 12 to 13 years old in the warfare aspects, and, sort of unlike Ratchet, Photonblade didn't know a thing about delivering babies, human or Cybertronian.
Optimus then says as he holds Photonblade in place, "Calm yourself, Photonblade; you're gonna overload your computer motherboard."
Photonblade takes a few deep vents to cool his overheating circuits.
Photonblade asks, "How can you keep your emotions in check when this thing is happening? Do you even have experience in keeping your emotions in check in a situation like this?"
Optimus replies, "Admittedly, it's not easy, but I'd kept my emotions in check for millions of years with great practice as time went by. And even though Elita One giving birth is a whole other ballgame, as the human saying goes, keeping my emotions in check in this situation is not easy, but it is essential."
Photonblade then ex-vents before Optimus asks, "Has any Cybertronian been depicted giving birth in any of Hasbro's fictional Transformers stories in your universe?"
Photonblade answers, "No, because childbirth is often associated with adult films and adult television, and that especially includes films and television in the horror genre. And besides, even if it wasn't for that, Transformers is mainly for children between the ages of 12 and thirteen years old, and that means that children who aren't 12 years old will be traumatized with seeing the violent aspects of the Cybertronian Civil War between Autobots and Decepticons as well as the Beast Wars between Maximals and Predacons on prehistoric Earth, potentially to the point where said children under that age group will be plagued with constant waking nightmares of the violence in the four to five Cybertronian Civil Wars. Besides, back in 1986 all the way to 1987, Hasbro learned the hard way that doing horrible things to certain Transformers characters such as permanently killing them off and/or temporarily killing them off only to have them brought back to life as Quintesson-controlled zombies to destroy the corpses of all dead Autobots and thereby ruining any chance for a Matrix of Leadership or Allspark resurrection and then have the victims in question get killed off again always results in either lawsuits or angry letters and/or decreasing of good ratings that evolve into an increase in bad ratings. That coupled with all of the other stuff we told you all about when it comes to the things Transformers fans say ruined Transformers forever and the things that wound up partially ruining Transformers by 2024 means that Hasbro has to tread carefully and think logically, for if they make one more big blunder the size of the Eiffel Tower, Transformers is cancelled forever."
Optimus noticeably cringes at this, his time on Earth amplifying his knowledge of fictional entertainment franchises to the point where he understands the importance of Hasbro in the Quadwal cluster needing to be careful with how they market their toys, games, books, television, and films to their target audiences if they don't want Transformers to be the first thing to cause Hasbro to start going bankrupt.
Just then, before the conversation can continue, the twosome hears the sparkling crying, meaning that the delivery was a success.
Optimus goes to the command center, and he sees Elita One out of labor and Ratchet carefully cleaning the sparkling's fragile armor.
From what Optimus can see, the sparkling's armor had started to develop a pinkish-red hue with silver.
And from what Optimus can see, Elita One was in great relief from having the sparkling removed from her mechanical womb.
After Ratchet fully cleans the sparkling's armor, Optimus is handed his firstborn child on Earth.
Optimus smiles through his lubricant tears of joy, seeing that his and Elita One's sparkling is in a perfect state of health.
Elita One looks at the sparkling, now clean and her fragile armor glinting in the lights of the base.
Elita One then says, "Goodness gracious. She's beautiful."
Optimus walks over to Elita One, and Ratchet then asks, "What shall we name her?"
Elita One thinks for a moment before answering, "Agasha Prime."
Optimus remarks, "Excellent choice, Elita."
And so, Agasha Prime was tended to the ways that a newborn sparkling is tended to, some of the ways being similar to tending to newborn human infants, and others being entirely different, with no need for any of Photonblade's memories needing to go into details about what he was told.
It took some time, especially with Elita One needing to rest and be repaired from the labor, but everyone got to see Agasha Prime while she slept, and they left her alone as she slept, guarded by Guard Cats and Guard Dogs.
Photonblade could tell that Optimus and Elita were gonna have to protect Agasha from the Decepticons, but he vowed that he would help them whenever he was needed and if anyone else was unavailable for whatever reason, simply because of the fact that due to the Autobots having a severe lack of precognition or variable prediction algorithms similar to the powers of Jean Grey or Madame Web, there's no telling what could happen in the future once the war between Autobots and Decepticons restarts anew.
The End.
