(Quadwal cluster Earth 987.390.283 Alpha, Friday, June 1st, 2029, first person POV...)
I'm Ivan Miller.
I'm a native of Grindavik, Iceland.
Now, like almost everyone else that grew up in the eighties, the nineties, or even the early 2000s, when it comes to watching the original Transformers Generation 1 cartoon while pointing out inconsistencies in the storylines and similar differences between the cartoon and the Generation 1 Marvel comic books, it starts to become redundant as Hasbro doesn't really do anything about it up to 45 years later. But I suppose it doesn't matter anymore, since the present day matters.
I wouldn't categorize myself as a Transformers fanboy, but I do love watching the shows and movies, playing the video games on the easiest to hardest difficulties, and reading the comic books before selling those to the people who want them.
Yeah, I'm generous like that.
Anyway, I was walking to my apartment since it was gonna be a heatwave in 25 minutes today.
I'd recently started thinking about what it'd be like to be in a universe where the Transformers were real, but I don't like Michael Bay's live action Transformers films. Not just because almost every Autobot dies all the time, but also because of, among other things, Sentinel Prime's betrayal, Dylan Gould being allied with the Decepticons, Sam Witwicky not being thrown in prison for murdering Dylan Gould since killing a criminal and a planet-wide traitor still counts as murder no matter what people have to say about that, Cemetery Wind was never properly investigated, and human alliances with the Autobots by the time of Age of Extinction and The Last Knight generally become non-existent. But thankfully, that's what fanfictions like The Allspark Changed My Life, Transformers 2007: The Legend of Flyimus Prime, Transformers Revenge of the Fallen: Defending the World, and Transformers Dark of the Moon: Flyimus Prime's Birthright among others are there for.
Anyway, as I neared the alleyway that would take me to the shortcut I frequently and discreetly use to get home faster, I heard a peculiar sound in the alley.
And it was creating a gust of wind that blew light garbage away.
I looked to see a familiar-looking green and whitish-blue portal.
I questioned, "Is that... a Ground Bridge, of all things?"
I stared at it for fifteen seconds and nothing else changed.
I said, "My grandma probably might have a heart attack, but, might as well take a chance and meet the Autobots."
I walked into the portal, and I could see at the other end the Ground Bridge tunnel in Autobot Outpost Omega One.
Ratchet looked into the portal and saw me.
As I came closer, Ratchet clearly muttered, "Ough, Primus better have a logical explanation for all of this."
In no time, I got along with the entire Autobot army accumulated so far, including the Autobots who never showed up on Earth whatsoever due to lazy writing, time constraints, and budget issues among other things.
True, there were also additional Autobots who were part of groups that never showed up in the War for Cybertron novels and video games, but nevertheless, the more Autobots, the better.
And I also got to meet Albert himself, and we got along well too.
But we also could tell that, given the natures of our origins and given the fact that Team Prime wasn't supposed to be "running a daycare center," in Agent Fowler's words, we knew we had to conceal ourselves from Agent Fowler for now.
And we did good on that so far.
But of course, what shocked me is that the Aligned continuity Autobots who showed up so far happen to have their chronological personalities.
And Elita One? Well, she had her Generation 1 personality since she never showed up in Transformers Prime and was never otherwise scripted as having gone offline in the Great War.
I think I'm beginning to grow on Elita, though.
And most of what the Autobots didn't know before, thanks to the other Quadwal cluster Autobots, well, they know the Transformers franchise and the future of the Aligned continuity all too well right now.
The End.
