Taehyung and Jimin were sprawled across Jimin’s dorm room, surrounded by textbooks, notes, and a laptop. The room was a cozy mess of academic chaos, but it was their working environment. Jimin was hunched over his laptop, typing away, while Taehyung organized some notes.
Taehyung glanced up, breaking the silence. “Hey, you won’t believe what happened yesterday. I ran into Jeon at the library.”
Jimin’s fingers paused over the keyboard, his expression darkening. “Really? How did that go?”
Taehyung shrugged, a small smirk playing on his lips. “He was his usual charming self, trying to strike up a conversation."
"I didn’t let him get to me, though. Just another guy trying to make a move.”
Jimin’s frown deepened as he looked over at Taehyung. “You know, Taehyung, I’ve heard a lot about him."
"Jungkook isn’t exactly known for being the best company. He’s notorious for playing with people’s feelings. You should really stay away from him.”
Taehyung raised an eyebrow, his tone dismissive. “I’m aware of his reputation, Jimin. I can handle myself. I’m not going to fall for his games.”
Jimin nodded, though his concern didn’t fully dissipate. “Just be careful. It’s not just about avoiding trouble; it’s about protecting yourself from getting hurt."
"He’s got a way of making people feel special, only to drop them when they’re least expecting it.”
Taehyung gave Jimin a reassuring smile. “Don’t worry. I’m not interested in playing his games. I’m here for the presentation, not for drama. Let’s focus on getting this done.”
Jimin let out a sigh, visibly relaxing. “Alright. Just promise me you won’t get caught up in his antics.”
Taehyung nodded. “Promise. Now, let’s get back to this presentation before we end up pulling an all-nighter.”
The two friends returned to their work, the room filled with the quiet rustle of papers and the soft hum of the laptop.
Despite the tension of their conversation, they continued working diligently, their camaraderie evident in their shared focus and occasional light-hearted banter.

Taehyung and Jimin walked side by side, the campus lights casting a warm glow over their path as they made their way to the University dorm’s gate.
They were in the midst of an animated discussion about their presentation when they noticed Yoongi and Jungkook approaching from the opposite direction.
“Hey, Kim!” Jungkook called out with a smirk, his tone carrying that familiar edge of playful annoyance. “What’s up, pretty boy?”
Taehyung rolled his eyes, a hint of a smirk on his lips as he responded coolly. “Oh, it’s you, Jeon.”
Jungkook’s eyes gleamed with mischief. “Where are you headed, princess? Off to a hot date or just returning to your little apartment?”
Jimin interjected quickly, “I’m just walking him to the gate. We finished our presentation and he’s heading home.”
Jungkook’s gaze lingered on Taehyung, and an idea seemed to form in his mind.
He turned to Jimin with an exaggerated smile. “Well, how about I walk Kim to his apartment? Just to make sure he gets home safely.”
Jimin glanced at Taehyung, who gave a slight nod. “It’s alright, Jimin. I can make it on my own. Thanks for walking me.”
Jimin looked relieved but still wary, bidding Taehyung goodbye with a warm hug and a promise to catch up later.
