Jungkook and Taehyung strolled side by side through campus, fingers intertwined, and the entire student body might as well have stopped breathing.
Eyes widened, jaws dropped, and a few girls even gasped dramatically, clutching their phones to snap pictures.
Just last week, Taehyung had slapped Jungkook in front of everyone—hard enough to echo through the halls—so this sudden hand-holding spectacle was practically earth-shattering.
“Jeon, seriously, leave my hand,” Taehyung muttered, throwing a glare up at Jungkook.
Jungkook just smirked, raising an eyebrow in that infuriatingly cocky way of his. “What’s the matter, Kim? Not enjoying the spotlight?”
Taehyung scowled. “Exactly, genius. I’d rather avoid giving them another scandal to gossip about.”
“Oh, come on,” Jungkook teased, giving Taehyung’s hand a firm squeeze. “They should know you’re officially taken. And by me, no less.” He winked, and Taehyung practically groaned.
“Seriously?” Taehyung mumbled, cheeks warming up in spite of himself. “People are literally taking pictures, Jungkook. Have some shame.”
Jungkook leaned in, voice dropping to a playful whisper. “Let them. I want them to know I’m all yours… and you’re all mine.”
Taehyung rolled his eyes but couldn’t hold back his smile. “You’re such a dramatic idiot, Jeon,” he muttered, nudging him.
“Dramatic idiot who’s got you blushing,” Jungkook shot back, poking Taehyung’s cheek, making him swat Jungkook’s hand away. “Aw, don’t be shy now. It’s cute.”
Taehyung sighed, trying to ignore the heat rising to his cheeks as they neared his classroom.
Finally, he pointed at the door. “Alright, I have to go in. Alone, if you don’t mind.”
Jungkook grinned, not loosening his grip one bit. “Alright, love. I’ll see you at lunch,” he said smoothly.
Taehyung hesitated, mumbling a soft, “Yeah, see you…” But before he could turn away, Jungkook leaned down and, in one swift movement, pecked his lips.
Caught completely off guard, Taehyung blinked as Jungkook sprinted off with a laugh, leaving him standing there, utterly flustered.
Taehyung shook his head, muttering under his breath, “Asshole.”

“Oh god, you should’ve seen it!” Hoseok burst out, almost choking on his laughter.
“Namjoon was acting like the clumsiest guy alive, stumbling all over the place. Seokjin was literally on the floor laughing! I swear, it was a sight.”
Yoongi smirked, rolling his eyes. “Wait, are you sure it was just Seokjin on the floor? I thought you were down there too, laughing your ass off.”
Hoseok grinned and shrugged. “What can I say? The performance was Oscar-worthy.”
Jimin cracked up, nudging Yoongi. “Honestly, I thought it was Hobi who’d dropped to the floor first, not Seokjin!”
Jungkook grinned, shaking his head. “Just ask him out already, man! You’re killing us with the slapstick routine.”
Namjoon sighed, throwing his hands up. “Easy for you to say. Not all of us have it all figured out, Jeon.” he muttered, his gaze flickering toward Taehyung with a knowing smirk. “But still I'm trying.”
“Yeah, trying everything that might get you banned from his cafe,” Taehyung chimed in, giving him a playful look. His cheeks tinged pink as he leaned against Jungkook, feeling the teasing heat from their friends already.
