Weeks had passed since you pretended to be Heeseung's girlfriend at the family dinner. Despite the constant teasing from him afterward, you couldn't shake the strange feeling that something had shifted between you. What started as a favor for a friend now seemed like it was tiptoeing the line between reality and fiction.

Tonight, you found yourself once again roped into pretending to be his girlfriend—this time, at a wedding.

Heeseung's cousin was getting married, and he had asked you to attend with him. You agreed, but this time, the idea of pretending felt more complicated. You couldn't deny the way your heart had been fluttering whenever you were near him lately. The way his gaze lingered on you, or how his hand would brush yours during casual conversations—it all felt different.

You took a deep breath, adjusting your dress in the full-length mirror. The soft lavender gown hugged your figure perfectly, and your hair was styled in loose waves that framed your face. You couldn't help but wonder what Heeseung would think when he saw you tonight.

A knock at the door snapped you out of your thoughts. You turned, heart skipping a beat, and opened it to find Heeseung standing there in a tailored suit, looking effortlessly handsome.

"Wow," he said, his eyes widening as he looked you over. "You look... stunning."

Heat rose to your cheeks as you smiled. "You don't look so bad yourself."

Heeseung grinned, offering his arm. "Ready?"

You nodded, taking his arm as he led you to the car. The ride to the wedding venue was filled with light conversation, but the unspoken tension between you was undeniable. You couldn't help but wonder if Heeseung felt it too.

The wedding venue was beautiful—an outdoor ceremony with twinkling lights draped between trees and rows of white chairs facing a floral arch. The scent of roses filled the air as soft music played in the background. You and Heeseung took your seats near the front, his hand casually resting on the back of your chair as you waited for the ceremony to begin.

As the bride walked down the aisle, you couldn't help but steal glances at Heeseung. He looked so handsome, his face soft with emotion as he watched the couple exchange vows. The thought of being in love, of experiencing something as beautiful as a wedding, made your heart ache. You found yourself wondering what it would be like to be in a relationship with Heeseung—for real.

After the ceremony, everyone gathered for the reception. The venue was transformed into a dreamy scene, with tables lit by candlelight and a dance floor waiting to be filled. You stood by Heeseung's side as people congratulated the newlyweds, your mind drifting to the growing feelings you'd been suppressing.

"Are you okay?" Heeseung asked, his voice low as he leaned closer to you.

You blinked, realizing you'd zoned out. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just... weddings are emotional, you know?"
