Bumping into an Idol.

The mall was unusually quiet for a Saturday afternoon, but that was perfect for you. It was your day off, and you wanted nothing more than to wander around, minding your own business, and maybe pick up a few cute plushies to add to your ever-growing collection. You were lost in thought as you walked into your favorite store, a small shop that specialized in the cutest plush toys you'd ever seen.

The soft lighting and pastel colors of the shop were like a breath of fresh air. You smiled to yourself as you wandered through the aisles, admiring the rows of stuffed animals that seemed to be calling your name. Bears, rabbits, cats, and all sorts of cuddly creatures sat neatly on the shelves. You picked up a small, pastel-blue bunny and gave it a squeeze, smiling at the softness.

The world outside didn't matter. It was just you and your future new plush friend.

That was until the sound of the store door slamming open broke your peaceful bubble.

You jumped slightly, turning to see who had entered. A tall guy, dressed in all black, wearing a face mask and a beanie, quickly ducked inside and made his way to the corner of the store, crouching behind one of the taller display shelves. You raised an eyebrow, confused by his odd behavior, but shrugged it off. Maybe he was just really into plushies and was trying to stay low-key about it.

You returned to your plush-hunting, trying to ignore the strange guy who now seemed to be peeking through the shelves at the front of the store, his body tense like he was hiding from something... or someone.

Suddenly, you heard it—the faint sound of screaming. Lots of screaming. Like a crowd of people had descended upon the mall, and it was growing louder by the second.

"What on earth is happening out there?" you muttered to yourself.

The guy in the corner tensed even more, pulling his beanie lower over his face. You gave him another curious glance. Who hides in a plush store?

Curiosity got the better of you, and you wandered over to where he was crouching. "Uh... are you okay?"

He flinched, startled by your voice, and looked up at you with wide eyes. All you could see were his eyebrows and a sliver of skin above the mask. "Yeah, I'm fine," he muttered, voice muffled. "Just... hiding."

You tilted your head, still clutching the plush bunny in your hands. "From... what?"

He hesitated for a moment, his eyes darting toward the front of the store where the noise outside seemed to grow louder. "Just... people."

"Oh," you said, feeling even more confused. "People?"

He ran a hand through his hair, glancing back at you nervously. "Yeah. A lot of people."

You narrowed your eyes, piecing it together slowly. "Wait... are you hiding from fans or something?"
