Archie was now 2 and a half and understood a lot of things people told him. He was also at the stage of his life of copying people. Especially those closes to him.

He had started to copy Betsy the most. He would shout "Drama!" Randomly or "OK BOOMERS" to his parents like Betsy does. Followed by "gen X" which he's got from Carla.

It was all fun and games until one day when the women where sat watching him play on the garden fairly hung over from their monthly night out before. When the little boy at the top of his lungs shouted "SHIT" after dropping the tennis ball.

"Archie!" Lisa scolded him listing her head off her wife's shoulder.

"What did you just say!" Carla questioned him.

"Mumma I say SHIT!" The boy said seriously as he walked over to them.

Lisa turned her head and covered her mouth trying her hardest not to laugh.

"Baby where have you heard that word?" Carla asked the boy seriously.

"Betsy said it last night" Archie said innocently

"Oh did she now" Lisa laughed trying her hardest.

Betsy had kindly offered to look after her little brother for the evening whilst Carla and Lisa enjoyed abit of time together just them.

It also allowed Betsy and Archie to have some bonding time. Although the massive age gap the two of them where inseparable.

Carla nudged her with her elbow. "Go get your daughter" Carla grumbled picking the boy up and placing him on her hip as she stood. Walking into the kitchen to get him a drink.

"My daughter?" Lisa laughed as she walked to the hallway shouting Betsy.

"Your daughter when she's in trouble remember" Carla smirked when she walked back in.

"Not it's definitely the other way round" Betsy pipped up as she saunted into the room.

"See" Lisa smirked as she pointed to her wife.

"This isn't the point as to why we called you down Mrs" Carla changed the subject back to the real issue.

"Which was?" Betsy questioned jumping onto the counter top.

Just as Carla tried to explain Archie finished his drink looking at it empty and "shit!" The boy said.

"That" Lisa informed her daughter both blondes trying to stifle their laughter.

"Baby. You can't say that word" Carla told the little boy sitting him on the counter with Betsy. "But why I like that word" the boy huffed.

Carla looked at Lisa for back up.

"Because bubba it's a bad word" Lisa stood in front of him.

"Why bets say it then mummy?" The boy questioned tilting his head to the side looking between his two mothers.

"Because Betsy is silly and forgot no swearing in front of Archie" Carla grumbled hitting Betsy's arm with the back of her hand.

"We've literally told you thousands of times bets" she told her daughter off.

"We trust you to look after our innocent baby boy for one night and you corrupt him Swain" Lisa turned back to her daughter as she let Archie run off to find a toy he was asking for.

"Sorry it may or may not have slipped out when we were sat playing on his iPad. I didn't think he heard me" Betsy apologies.

"That child heard every word we say he's got some sort of super power or something" Carla laughs as the boy comes running into the room. Straight into Carla's legs.

"Mumma. Play with meee" the boy whined as he held his arms out to be picked up.

"Come on bubs your sister had got to sit and think about what she's done" Carla said seriously but stuck her tongue out at her daughter as they walked away.

"You're lucky he said it at home and not at nursery" Lisa told her one final time before following her wife into the living room.

Later that day the women where sat on the sofa Carla had been in a teasing mood most of the day. Tickling Lisa's side of pocking her in the ribs and biceps.

Lisa would just nudge her back or grab her hand and play with her fingers. With the small whisper of "stop it" her voice was one of being annoyed but her face said other.

Carla finally got on Lisa's last nerve as planned. And got exactly what she wanted.

Lisa on top of her with her with her hands o pinned to the sofa her thighs straddling her waist.

"You Carla Swain are an annoying fart" Lisa smirked knowing this is what her wife wanted.

"Omg Stop!" Betsy groaned as she covered her own eyes

The little boy started to laugh. "Mumma is an annoying fart!" He started to shout. Causing Betsy and his mums to bust out laughing.

Lisa dropped her full wait onto her wife from laughing so hard.

"Oh dear" she whispered into her wife ear.

"Great another Archie-ism to add to the books" Carla huffed.

She couldn't help but laugh at the little boy who had fell onto his bum laughing with his family.
