Namjoon carefully carried his daughter into the house, her tiny body still sound asleep in his arms. The day had been full of excitement for her, and now she was peacefully resting, unaware of the world around her. He gently placed her in her crib, making sure she was snug and comfortable before stepping back to admire her.

For a moment, Namjoon stood by the crib, his heart swelling with love as he watched his daughter sleep. The soft rise and fall of her chest, the tiny fingers curled into little fists—it was all so perfect, so precious. He couldn't help but smile as he leaned down to place a gentle kiss on her forehead.

"I'll be right back, little one," he whispered before quietly leaving the room.

As he walked into the kitchen, Namjoon's thoughts drifted to Y/N. She had texted him earlier, letting him know that she would be home soon. He wanted to make sure that everything was ready for her when she arrived, so she could relax after her long day.

Namjoon rolled up his sleeves and started gathering ingredients for dinner. He decided to make one of Y/N's favorite dishes—a comforting, hearty meal that he knew would bring a smile to her face. As he chopped vegetables and prepared the sauce, his mind wandered back to the past few months. Life had changed so much, but it was all for the better. He was grateful for every moment, even the challenging ones.

The kitchen filled with the savory aroma of dinner cooking, and Namjoon worked efficiently, his movements practiced and sure. He wanted everything to be perfect for Y/N when she walked through the door. He knew she had been working hard, and she deserved a night where she didn't have to worry about anything.

As he finished up, he set the table with care, placing everything just so. The sound of the front door opening caught his attention, and he quickly wiped his hands on a towel before heading to the entrance.

Y/N stepped inside, looking tired but happy to be home. Her face lit up when she saw Namjoon standing there, and she gave him a warm smile as she set her bag down.

"Welcome home," Namjoon said softly, pulling her into a gentle hug.

"Hi my Love," Y/N replied, resting her head against his chest for a moment. "It's so good to be home."

Namjoon pulled back slightly to look at her, his hands resting on her shoulders. "I made dinner," he said with a grin. "Figured you could use a nice meal after your day."

Y/N's eyes softened as she gazed up at him. "You're the best," she said, standing on her tiptoes to give him a quick kiss. "I'm so lucky."

"We're both lucky," Namjoon replied, taking her hand and leading her toward the kitchen. "Come on, let's eat. Everything's ready."

They sat down together at the table, and Namjoon served her a plate of the meal he had prepared. The warm, comforting food was exactly what Y/N needed, and she savored every bite.

As they ate, they talked about their day—Namjoon sharing the details of his visit to the company with their daughter, and Y/N telling him about her appointment and what she had accomplished. It was a simple, peaceful evening, but it was moments like these that they cherished the most.

After dinner, they cleaned up together, working side by side in comfortable silence. Once the kitchen was spotless, they made their way to the living room, where they settled down on the couch.

Namjoon wrapped an arm around Y/N, pulling her close as they relaxed together. "I missed you today," he said quietly, his voice filled with sincerity.

"I missed you too," Y/N replied, leaning her head on his shoulder. "But I'm glad we're here now."

They stayed like that for a while, just enjoying each other's presence, the warmth of their home, and the knowledge that their daughter was peacefully sleeping nearby.

As the evening drew to a close, Namjoon and Y/N headed to their daughter's room to check on her one last time before bed. She was still sound asleep, her little face serene and content.

Namjoon reached down to gently adjust the blanket around her, his heart swelling with love. He turned to Y/N, who was watching their daughter with the same adoration in her eyes.

"Let's get some rest too," Namjoon whispered, taking Y/N's hand.
