Chapter 7 Part 2: Modelling.

Cassidy:

I wake up to the sound of my phone ringing. I role over and answer it.

'Hello?' I say sleepily.

'Hi, am I speaking to Cassidy?'

'Yes you are.'

'Hi, I'm Sandra calling from Dancewear247 and we were wondering if you would like to be our model for today's shoot?'

'Omg, yes okay!'

'Great, please meet us at the pavilion at 11am.'

'Okay, see you then.'

I can't believe this! Today is going to be good.

"Who was that?" Perri says rolling over.

"Sandra from Dancewear247, I'm going to be their model today." I say getting out of bed.

"That's cool." Perri says grabbing his phone. 

I go into Ava's room and take her into the bathroom. I bathe her then change her into a jumper and shorts with some ballet pumps. Perri comes in dressed and takes Ava into the kitchen to feed her. I go back into my room to get changed.

I choose my white face apparel tee and some black ripped jeans with my Nike Jordan's. I pull my hair up into a high ponytail then add very little makeup. When I stand up Perri's phone starts ringing. I go over and pick it up.

"Perri your phones ringing." I call.

I look down at the contact name- Destiny. Who the hell is Destiny?! I don't say anything, but pass him his phone.

"Thanks." He says answering it.

He heads back into the living room talking into the phone. I shake my head and go to check on Ava. She's playing happily with her dolls on the floor. I grab my phone and check the time- 10:15am. I go over to the fridge and get a bottle of water. I mouth to Perri that I'm leaving, but he hangs up the phone.

"I'm going now, are you taking Ava to the studio with you?"

"Looks like I'm going to have to." Perri says sighing.

"What's that suppose to mean?" I say confused.

"Doesn't matter." He says shaking his head.

"Right, well I'm going, so meet you at the studio?"

"Up to you."

"Oh okay bye then..." I say heading out the door.

What's going on with Perri today?

I catch the bus to the pavilion and meet Sandra at the door.

"Hello gorgeous!" She says hugging me.

"Hey!" I say hugging her back.

"We will start you off in hair and makeup, then costume." She says showing me the way.

"Okay, cool." I say following her.

I sit in a huge chair whilst getting my hair and makeup done, when they've finished I hardly recognize myself because I've never seen myself with this much makeup on. Plus my hair looks amazing.

"Beautiful!" Sandra says taking me over to the costume rack. She hands me a purple sports bra and some shorts.

"These are from our new summer collection." She says looking through the shoes.

"They're very nice." I say looking at the outfit.

She hands me some all white hightops before showing me the changing rooms.
