Cassidy:
I roll out of bed, my arms killing. I can't use my crutches today! My arms will just give in. I push myself up and hobble over to the bathroom, taking small steps at a time. I wash my face, then head over to the wardrobe.
"Are you arms aching as much as mine?" Perri asks pulling a face.
"Yeah, they are!" I laugh agreeing with him.
I wiggle on my denim shorts and pull on my white Nike crop top. I slump onto the dressing table stool moaning as my aching body comes into contact with the hard seat. I apply my normal makeup and tie my hair up in a high ponytail. Once I've pushed my foot into my Van trainer and tied the lace into a bow I shuffle off the stool and sit back down on the soft bed. I grab the big blue boot that the hospital gave me and slip my cast into it, fastening the Velcro up tightly.
"Not using your crutches?" Perri says kissing me on the forehead.
"No, my arms can't take the weight of my body!" I laugh.
Perri goes to get Ava sorted out whilst I relax down on the sofa. I grab my phone and scroll through my notifications. I stop on a familiar picture and smile down at the screen. A girl has tweeted the first ever picture of me and Perri that he took on my phone at Butlins with the caption: Where it all began :) xx #2yearsofCerri
I retweet it and reply to her as more pictures start to buzz through my phone. Perri comes and joins me on the sofa and we look back at the memories together.
"Look how far we've come!" Perri smiles kissing me softly on the lips.
"I know!" I say resting my head on his shoulder.
We stay like this for 20 minutes before we really have to go to the studio. We make our way down there and head inside. I hobble slowly behind Perri and Ava as I still can't get used to walking without crutches.
"Hey Cass!" Dani says hugging me. "I've seen the hashtag going around about you and Pel! #2yearsofCerri- it's so cute!"
"I know! People have sent me photos that I forgot me and Pel even took!" I say heading into studio 1.
I sit down with Ava and watch the boys rehearsing. It still hasn't fully sunk in that I'm actually living my dreams. I dreamt about dancing with Diversity- and that's happened MANY times! I used to wonder what it would be like being Perri's girlfriend- now I live that everyday!
"Cassidy, do you want to go to Starbucks?" Perri asks pulling me out of my thoughts.
"Yeah sure!" I say as he pulls me up.
We get back into his car and head over to Starbucks. Perri intertwines his fingers with mine and holds Ava's little hand as we walk inside. We order our drinks and sit down in the window. I'm watching Ava colouring and drinking my drink when Perri starts talking.
Perri:
"Your so beautiful..." I says locking my eyes with her big brown ones.
She smiles and shakes her head.
"Your so soppy!" She jokes leaning over the table and kissing me quickly.
"Only speaking the truth!" I say winking.
Once we've finished in Starbucks we take a walk along the river. We sit on a bench and admire the view. Me and Cassidy are sat in silence, the only noises being Ava and the rushing water.
"I love you." Cassidy says turning to face me.
"I love you too." I say holding her hand.
"Forever?" She says her eyes glistening.
"Forever and Always." I say kissing her lips softly.
