Chapter 9 Part 5: Best Friend Day.

(Cassidy= Left, Sadie= Right^)

Cassidy:

I open my eyes, listening to the birds chirping outside. I sit up rubbing my face before grabbing my phone. I press the home button lighting up the screen. 8am. I click on twitter and begin to scroll through my timeline. After what happened yesterday on Good Morning Britain all the fans have been complaining to them about what they did by showing the video. I so grateful for the support. I compose a tweet.

I push back the covers and head into the bathroom, turning on the shower. I climb in feeling the hot water hit my body. I lather up my hair with amazing smelling shampoo and conditioner before washing my body with soap and glory. I turn off the shower, squeezing all the excess water out of my hair. Wrapping a towel around me, I head back into our bedroom.

"Morning babe!" Perri smiles looking away from the TV.

"Hey!" I smile.

I pull on my dark blue shorts and black vest top. I add a floral lace top to complete the look. I sit down at the dressing table and pull on my light pink socks. Swiveling around on the stool, I plug in my hairdryer. I dry my hair leaving it in it's natural curls, before adding a touch of makeup.

"You look very nice today!" Perri says pulling me into a warm hug.

"Thankyou!" I say kissing him quickly.

I grab my phone off the bedside table and head into Ava's room. I peel off her old pajamas changing her into a little jumpsuit, before carrying her into the kitchen. I feed Ava until she's had enough.

"Are you coming down the studio?" Perri asks pulling on his shoes.

"Maybe later, me and Sadie are going into town." I say placing the dirty plates into the dishwasher.

"Okay, well have fun. I've got to go." He says kissing me on the cheek before leaving.

I unlock my phone and click on Sadie's number. It rings a couple of times before she answers.

'Hey babes!' She says cheerfully.

'Hey! I'm ready, where do you want to meet?' I ask strapping Ava into her buggy.

'Um, how about main square?'

'Okay, cool. See you in a minute!' 

I push Ava out the door, locking it behind me. It takes me 15 minutes to get to Main Square as I'm a pretty fast walker. I sit down on the spare bench and wait for Sadie to turn up.

"Can you see Auntie Sadie, Ava?" I say pointing towards the approaching Sadie.

"Hello Ava!" Sadie says.

Ava gives a little wave before chewing on the ear of her Hello Kitty. 

"Hi Carter!" I say ticking him.

We head into New Look and browse through the clothing. I find a really nice leather backpack and decide to buy it. Sadie buys a skirt and a pair of heels.

"Who are you trying to impress?" I joke.

"Um, no-one!" She says suspiciously.

"Sadie...?" I say wiggling my eyebrows.

"Mitch." She blurts out.

I roll my eyes and head over to the tills. Once we've finished in New Look we head over to Costa. We are sat down on the sofa when some girls about 14 years old shyly walk over. They smile and wave.

"Hey!" I smile putting down my drink.

"Hi, can we have a photo please?" One girl asks.

"Yeah sure!" I say. "Do you want me to take it?"

"Please!"

I stand up and they pass me their phones. We take a couple of photos on each of their phones before they thank us an leave.

"So, do you want to head over to the studio in a bit?" I ask taking a sip of my drink.

"Yeah, sure!" Sadie says nodding.

Once we've finished in Costa we begin to make our way over to Dancework. We walk past Diffusion. I stop and wheel Ava's pram back.

"Sadie! Look how nice those Penny Boards are!" I say staring into the shop.

In the window there is a ombre penny board that goes from pastel blue to pastel pink that fades into pastel yellow! It was so pretty. Next to it was a matte white one with bright red wheels.

"Go have a look then!" Sadie says nudging me.

We wheel the prams into the shop over to the Penny Boards. I pick it up and turn it over in my hands. 

"I don't know why, but I have an urge to buy it!" I laugh.

"Get one then!" Sadie laughs.

"I will get one for Pel too." I smile.

I take them over to the till and buy them. I'm shocked at the price. £150!

"I can't even use one!" I say.

We finally reach the studio at 2:35pm. We push our prams through the door and into reception.

"Have you girls been shopping again?" Dani jokes.

"Maybe!" I laugh. "Hey, can we use studio 2?"

"Yeah sure! Go ahead."

Ava and Carter are both fast asleep in their prams. We push them into studio 2 and push down the brake. I grab the bag with the penny boards in and take Pel's out.

"Lets quickly go and give this to him." I whisper trying not to wake the kids.

We head over to studio 1 and pop our heads around the door.

"Hey girls!" Jordan says spotting us.

"Hey!" Me and Sadie say together. "I've just come to give this to Pel." I smile.

"What is it?" Perri asks confused.

I stand in the doorway and reveal the penny board. I smile as his face lights up.

"You shouldn't have!" He says pulling me into a hug.

"It's just a little something." I say.

"Pel was just saying how he wanted one of them!" Ashley says.

"I'm physic!" I joke.

Perri skates up and down the studio testing out the Penny Board. We head back into studio 2. I plug my phone into the speaker and press shuffle. 'The Party' by Joe Stone starts to play. Me and Sadie create a short dance to it. 

"Wooh!" We hear from outside the door.

I turn off the music and pull open the door. The Diversity boys are stood outside crowding around trying to look through the little window. I laugh as they walk in. We show them the dance before we get our things and head back home.

Diversity Workshop was a week ago tomorrow :( It's gone so quick.
