Cassidy:
I roll over and rub my eyes. The sun beating through the window. I grab my phone and check the time- 8am. I click on twitter and spend about 25 minutes scrolling through and retweeting a few fans. Once I've finished on my phone, I lock it and lean over grabbing my crutches. Hauling myself up, I hop over to my wardrobe.
"Morning babe, sleep well?" Perri says hugging me from behind.
"Yeah, I did thanks! Did you?" I say turning to face him.
"Yeah!" He says smiling. "We are doing training and workouts today."
"I know, I saw it on twitter. Me and Sadie are coming to join you!" I laugh.
"No your not!" He scoffs. "You've broken your ankle!"
"Yes we are!" I say turning to look through my clothes. "And so what if I've broken it! I need to tone this tummy!" I laugh.
"Please, your tummy is gorgeous!"
"Shush you!" I say blushing.
I pull on my grey Nike Pro shorts as I can't fit joggers over my cast. I find a plain pink tee and pull it over my head. I add one ankle sock and one Nike Roche. I sit down at the dressing table and tie my hair up in a messy bun. I only add mascara as we are just working out.
"Sadie's meeting us at the studio." I call to Perri.
"Okay, cool." He shouts back.
Once I'm ready I grab my phone and hop into Ava's room. I find her a pair of shorts and a white vest top. I lean on my crutches and push her feet into some Vans tying the laces into bows. I pick her up and stand her on the floor as she finds her balance. We leave the room together- Ava walking next to me slowly.
"I would of got her ready." Perri says grabbing a pot of baby food and his keys.

We arrive at the studio and make our way inside. I head into the cafe to warm up Ava's food. We sit together as I feed her. About half way through the pot Sadie arrives with Carter and joins us.
"Hey you two!" I smile as Carter crawls up to me.
"Hey! Ready for this workout?" Sadie says slumping into the seat next to me.
"Yeah, I will only be able to work from the waist up!" I laugh.
"Oh yeah, I forgot that!" She laughs grabbing Carter stopping him from escaping.
When Ava's finished eating we head into Studio 1. The boys are stretching out.
"So, Pel told us you two are doing it with us?!" Ashley winks.
"That's right!" I say watching Ava stumble over to Sam.
We join in stretching before the workout begins. Me and Sadie start with crunches. This is easy as I love to do crunches. I do 100 per minute. Plus my cast isn't a problem. We spend at least 30 minutes doing a solid workout before we have a break.
"Chin Up challenge!" Jord calls across the room.
"What's that?" I question giving Ava some toys to keep her occupied.
"You see how many chin ups you can do, until you physically can't do any more." Sam says.
"Ahh! Cool." I smile.
"First up Sam and Ike!" Ash calls.
It's so funny watching them compete against each other. They keep going for at least 15 minutes.
"Now, Cassidy and Pel!" Jord says laughing.
"Oh God!" I say standing up and hobbling over to the machine.
"I'm gonna record this!" Ike says getting out his phone.
"Yeah same!" Sadie laughs.
Ashley is keeping score for me and Jordan for Perri.
"3,2,1 GO!" Ash says.
After about 30 chin ups my arms are burning. The boys look impressed.
"You still going?!" Perri says looking over.
"Haha, very funny! Course I am!" I say.
At 60 my arms are fully dead. But I want to beat Pel so bad! It's the competitive streak that runs through the family.
"You can let go babe..." Perri says pulling himself up.
"And let you win! Na I'm good!" I laugh.
After about another 5 minutes Perri drops down and the room gets filled with shouting and screaming. Perri gave up! I won!
"Ah! I won!!!" I shout hanging down. "Pel catch me."
Perri holds his arms out underneath me. I drop into his hold and hit the floor with a thump. Everyone falls about laughing.
"Sorry! My arms are like jelly!" Perri laughs pulling me up.
I laugh and hug him. My arms ache like mad.
"So, Pel. How does it feel to be beaten by your girlfriend?" Jord says putting his arm around him.
"Bruv?! Really?" He jokes.
Jordan holds his hands up and backs off. Everyone starts laughing again. Today has been so fun, but I'm going to be aching tomorrow...
