As Eleonor's piercing shout reverberated in my ears, I sprang to attention with the swift precision of a disciplined soldier, my body instinctively responding to the abrupt command. Gradually emerging from the initial shock, my senses sharpened, and my eyes widened in startled realization of a few mana signatures near my room.

"Finally, good morning"

"It's afternoon though.."

"Exactly!!!" she shouted once again.

"Can you stop shouting?"

"It's the only way for you to wake up"

"I'm already awake.. enough with this, did the twin horns visit?" I inquired.

"Yeah.. wait.. how did you know?" She asked.

"I sensed their presence of course."

"..right.. how can you do that?"

"because i'm strong"

"I want a better response-"

"I'm a white core mage idiot! enough with this El. I'm itching to meet them." Putting my palm in her face, i shoved my sister's face to the side and walked in a quick motion.

"Urghh! What was that for!"

But as i walked through the corridor, the ground underneath vibrated for a milisecond.

'is there an attack?' i pondered.

As i opened the door to one of the rooms however, i heard a loud explosion. "Oh come on, did father challenge Jasmine into a fight?"

I grinned, both of the mana signatures of the two started fluctuating rapidly, implying that my guess is true. I hurriedly walked towards their direction while passing by a few maidens.

As i opened the door leading to the backyard, i was met with the sight of Reynolds on the ground, pinned down by Jasmine. Although the winner is clear, i could see that Jasmine exerted a lot of her strength due to her panting heavily.

I noticed all of the twin horns turning towards me with bright smiles on their faces.

"Damn.. dad.. did you not use your regalia? It's Jasmine you're dealing with you know"

"Oh hello there s-son, i definitely used that, however she's just.. too strong"

"Of course, what did you expect? She's on the solid silver while you just broke into dark silver, not to mention that you've been out of the battlefield for a long time and-"

"Okay that's enough already"

The others laughed as i lectured my father. Seeing them with such bright expressions, i couldn't help but get excited.

"Soon, you guys will get your own runes as well guys." I announced, causing Adam's expression to lighten up even more. "Although, we should hang out first, it has been a while."

"Definitely, nice to see you again, art" Helen regarded me with a warm smile.

"Hey there art, you've grown a lot" Durden approached and signaled for a hug which i gladly took.

We continued our conversation inside the mansion, we talked about what each of us have been doing in the many months that i was away. Durden talked about how he was growing his hair to mimic my hairstyle, Adam teased him for it, but i couldn't help but think about my hair. I had gotten a poor hair cut when i went to that barbershop inside Xyrus.
