Tomorrow is the day where we find out what the condition will be for the 75th Hunger Games. When the Hunger Games were created they came up with the idea that every 25 years there will be something called the Quarter Quell. The Quell always has a little tweak to the idea of the games.

For the 25th Hunger games the districts had to vote who was going into the games and for the 50th there were double the amount of tributes. You can only imagine what they are going to do this year.

Last month Snow came up to me and said something about the Quarter Quell. Back then it didn't seem like it was relevant, but thinking about everything that has happened now, I think everything he told me was relevant.

Snow said, 'People in the districts are rebelling. You and your victors and district 1 and 2 are the only ones not in on it. We need the other districts to know that they cannot overcome the power of the Capitol.'

His words didn't click until now. Something doesn't feel right about these games. Something in all of the districts has changed since Katniss and Peeta tricked the Capitol. I know Snow has something up his sleeves and I don't have a good feeling about it.

The only thing that has been making me happy these past days is the fact that I'm going to be an Odair soon. I have been planning the wedding as much as I can, but obviously we won't be able to have a big one. I'm not totally upset about that though.

I don't have much to do today. I know Maisy is out doing things for the doctor's office and I know Caspian is out for the day with Ara. Finnick is going to some meeting, but he never told me what it was about.

Cody is probably drunk on his couch, so the only other options I have left are Isla, Annie, or Mags. I'm pretty sure Isla is in the Capitol and Annie is still way too scared to go out with me for the day, so Mags it is.

I got ready and put on a pair of jean shorts and a white crop top with some gold jewelry. I make sure my ring is on the opposite hand to stop any questioning glances from others in the District. I pull my hair back into one dutch braid and finally walk to the front door to put on white sandals to finish off my outfit. Before I walk out the door I grab a white tote bag.

The short walk to Mags' house was quiet. The sound of children laughing and playing in the ocean in the distance. Today was a nice day. It was like the calm before the storm.
