I wake up to a throbbing in my head and side. The silence in the room I'm in is deafening and when I open my eyes the bright fluorescent lights blind me. The throbbing in my head grows when the light hits my eyes and I groan. "Cordelia?" A voice calls out.

I sit up and look around. The walls are white and there is a single mattress on the floor with a blanket that I am laying on. There are two small openings in the wall that are blocked by metal bars. On the wall that my mattress is on there is a gray door with a small opening in the middle and a clouded window at the top.

I also look down at my clothes. I am wearing a white, thin, long sleeved shirt and leggings that aren't very comfortable.

I slowly make my way over to the small window and when I make it over a hand grabs at the bars. I jump back and slip on my ass. "Cordelia?" The voice calls out again. It sounds more familiar than it did earlier.

"Peeta?" I ask.

"Yes!" He says, excited that I recognized his voice. When I move back over to the bars I put my hands on the bars so I can get a better look at his face. He looks beaten down and tired.

"How long have I been asleep?" I ask.

"I've only been up for I think a day. I heard others here." He tells me.

"Like who?" I ask.

"I know Johanna has been yelling." He says, nodding his head over my shoulder.

Johanna? Is Johanna here too? Where are we? Are we in district 13? Is Finnick here too? "Peeta, do you know where we are?" I ask, again.

"No." He says. "I've heard people walking outside the door, but no one has come in."

"We are in the Capitol." I hear Johanna's voice.
