YN gasped, her hand flying to her mouth. "Jimin... this is... incredible. You did all this?"
Jimin nodded, his smile softer now. "I wanted tonight to be special. Just us, away from everything."
He pulled out a chair for her, and YN sat down, still in awe of the effort he'd put into this. Every detail, from the flowers on the table to the soft twinkling lights hanging in the trees, had been carefully thought out. It was beyond anything she could have imagined.
"As Jimin sat across from her, he poured two glasses of wine, handing one to YN with a smile."
YN took the glass, still overwhelmed by everything. "It's perfect. Everything is perfect."
They clinked their glasses together, and as YN took a sip, she couldn't help but feel her heart swell.
After finishing their delightful dinner, Jimin stood up and held out his hand toward YN. "Come on, there's something else I want to show you."
YN, still basking in the magic of the night, smiled and took his hand without hesitation. He led her away from the candlelit table, guiding her along a small path that meandered through the fields surrounding the mansion. The sky above was clear, dotted with twinkling stars, and the air was crisp, carrying the scent of fresh grass and flowers.
As they walked, YN could feel the quietness of the night wrapping around them, the only sounds coming from the soft rustling of leaves in the breeze and their gentle footsteps on the path. After a few minutes, Jimin stopped at the edge of a grassy clearing, a wide smile spreading across his face.
"Close your eyes," he whispered.
YN chuckled softly but obeyed, closing her eyes as Jimin led her a few steps further. The excitement in his voice made her heart race.
"Okay," Jimin said after a moment, his voice full of anticipation. "Open your eyes."
YN slowly opened her eyes, and what she saw took her breath away. The entire field around them was glowing with tiny, flickering lights. Hundreds of fireflies danced in the air, their soft, golden glow creating a magical atmosphere. It was as if the stars had descended to the earth, surrounding them in a dreamlike display of nature's beauty.
"Oh my God," YN whispered, her voice full of awe. "It's... it's like a fairytale."
Jimin stood beside her, his eyes never leaving her face. "I thought you might like it," he said softly. "Fireflies are rare around here, but I knew this place had them."
YN couldn't take her eyes off the fireflies, watching as they floated lazily through the air, their lights blinking in and out like little beacons of magic. She felt a sense of wonder wash over her, as though she were a child again, seeing something extraordinary for the first time.
"I've never seen anything like this," YN said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Jimin smiled, his heart swelling at the sight of her wonder. "I wanted to share it with you. It's one of my favorite places."
YN turned to Jimin, her heart full of gratitude. "Thank you. This is... it's perfect."
Jimin's eyes softened as he looked at her, his expression tender. "You deserve perfect."
For a moment, they stood in silence, watching the fireflies dance around them, their soft light illuminating the night. The world felt still, peaceful, as if time had stopped just for them.
Suddenly, YN laughed softly, turning to Jimin with a playful glint in her eyes. "You're full of surprises tonight, aren't you?"
Jimin grinned, stepping closer to her. "I still have a few more tricks up my sleeve."
As YN watched in awe, Jimin quietly sat down beside her, letting the moment sink in. Without a word, he eventually lay his head in her lap, catching her off guard. She looked down, surprised. "Jimin...?"
Looking up at her, he smiled softly. "I see two moons now." He sighed contentedly, his voice low. "Let me just rest here for a bit, Muffin. I think I drank a bit more wine than usual."
Feeling flustered but flattered, YN simply looked away, sneaking glances at him from time to time.
