After a short drive, they arrived at a secluded entrance to the planetarium. Jimin stepped out first, opening the door for YN with a warm smile, his eyes glinting with excitement.
"Welcome to the universe," Jimin said playfully, a grin breaking across his face.
YN looked around, noticing the empty lobby. "Wow, it's quiet in here. Are you sure it's open?" she asked, a hint of uncertainty creeping into her voice.
Jimin shrugged, his eyes twinkling with mischief. "I rented out the whole place just for us."
At her question, YN's eyes widened in disbelief. "You did what?"
"I figured you deserved a special day away from everything. Just us," he explained, a hint of nervousness creeping into his voice.
"You really went all out," she said, feeling a rush of warmth spread through her. "Thank you, Jimin."
"I just wanted to make you smile," he replied, his tone sincere. "No one should ever make you feel less than amazing. You deserve to shine."
A comfortable silence settled between them as they continued to watch the celestial display. As a particularly breathtaking scene unfolded, Jimin leaned over, resting his head against the back of the seat beside her. "Look at that," he whispered, awe filling his voice. "Just imagine all the possibilities out there."
YN gazed up at the stars, feeling a sense of peace wash over her. "It's beautiful. I wish I could explore every corner of the universe."
"Then let's start with our own adventures," Jimin suggested, his tone playful. "We can discover all the hidden gems around here."
"That sounds amazing," YN replied, her spirits lifting.
As the show continued, they exchanged stories and dreams, but it was clear they were both avoiding the weight of the earlier confrontation. Instead of lingering on the past, they focused on the present, allowing themselves to relax and enjoy the moment.
Eventually, the show came to an end, the lights brightening in the auditorium. Jimin turned to her, his eyes sincere. "I really just wanted to make you smile today."
"You definitely succeeded," YN said, smiling back at him, feeling a sense of connection grow stronger between them.
As they walked out of the planetarium, the cool evening air greeted them. Jimin turned to her, a hopeful look on his face. "So, what's next? Another adventure?"
YN laughed softly, her heart feeling lighter. "As long as it doesn't involve any more bullies, I'm in!"
"Deal," Jimin replied, a grin spreading across his face.
Suddenly, Jimin stopped, a playful glint in his eyes. "Wait here," he said, reaching bag from reception.
He pulled out a small, neatly wrapped gift and handed it to YN. "Here, this is for you."
YN blinked in confusion, glancing between the gift and Jimin's eager expression. "What is it?" she asked, her curiosity piqued.
"Just open it," he urged, a smile dancing on his lips.
She took the gift, her fingers tracing the smooth paper, hesitating for a moment before carefully unwrapping it. As the paper fell away, she revealed a small glass frame. Inside, she could see a beautifully illustrated certificate.
"What's this?" YN asked, tilting her head as she examined the document.
Jimin took the frame from her hands, his excitement palpable as he began to explain. "You know how you said you wished you could explore the universe? Well, I had two stars named after us—Jimin and YN. This is the picture of the stars, they're right next to each other, just like us."
YN's heart skipped a beat, her eyes widening as she read the certificate again. "This is amazing!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with awe.
"I thought it would be a special way to show you that no matter where we go, we'll always have our own little piece of the universe together," Jimin said, his gaze softening. "You mean a lot to me, Muffin."
Tears prickled at the corners of YN's eyes, overwhelmed by the thoughtful gesture. "This is the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me," she whispered, feeling a mix of gratitude and warmth flooding her chest.
Without thinking, YN threw her arms around Jimin, pulling him into a tight hug. "Thank you, thank you so much!" she said, her voice muffled against his shoulder.
Jimin was momentarily taken aback but quickly wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. "I'm glad you like it," he murmured, a smile spreading across his face as he savored the moment.
As they pulled away, YN suddenly felt a rush of embarrassment. "Oh! I'm sorry, I shouldn't have.....," she said, her cheeks flushing.
Jimin chuckled softly, shaking his head. "Hey, it's okay. I liked it," he replied, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "In fact, I'd happily accept more hugs if they come with such amazing gifts."
