His hand hovered near her face, fingers itching to brush her hair aside, to cup her cheek, to claim that spot with a kiss. But he paused, fighting the desire that surged inside him. It wasn't the right time—not yet.

Jimin pov:

But she'll be mine someday. I know it. I'm not letting her go. Even if she doesn't realize it yet.

Yet a soft sigh escaped her lips, and YN shifted, her body pressing even closer to his as if she were seeking his warmth in her sleep. Her grip on his shirt tightened, and the sensation sent a rush of warmth through him. He couldn't help it anymore. Slowly, carefully, he leaned down, his lips hovering over that tiny, irresistible mole.

Jimin's POV:

I shouldn't... but how can I not?

With the gentlest touch, he pressed a soft, feather-light kiss on the mole beneath her lip. His heart skipped a beat as he did it, and he exhaled a shaky breath, as if he had been holding it for so long.

"It's hard not to kiss it..." he murmured, the words slipping out before he could stop them.

She didn't stir, lost in her dreams, but the weight of the moment hit him harder than he expected. He knew this was just the beginning, a quiet promise to himself that he wasn't ready to say out loud. But one day, he'd tell her. One day, she'd know just how much she meant to him.

For now, he tightened his arms around her, pulling her securely against him, and let out a slow breath. The soft rhythm of her heartbeat soothed him, and as the night stretched on, Jimin closed his eyes, content to hold her close.

Jimin's POV:

She'll be mine. But tonight, I'll just hold her like this, and that's enough.

With YN sleeping peacefully in his arms, Jimin felt a sense of calm settle over him. The rain outside continued to fall softly, but in that moment, everything felt right. She was here, with him, and that was all that mattered........

YN jolted awake, her heart thudding in her chest as her eyes scanned the room. The familiar warmth was gone, and the bed beside her was empty. She quickly sat up, grabbing her phone from the bedside table. The screen blinked back at her—5:30 a.m.

She blinked again, rubbing her eyes. Where did he go?

Still groggy, YN tossed the blanket aside and quickly checked her washroom, half-expecting to find Jimin there, but it was empty. No sign of him. The room felt colder without him, and she frowned, her mind racing.

YN's POV:

Did he leave? When did he even leave?

She sat down on the edge of the bed, feeling restless. The thought of him sneaking out without saying goodbye gnawed at her.

He was here. Holding me. I remember that. But now... nothing.

She sighed, her fingers absentmindedly grazing her lips. Something stirred in her chest, a feeling that made her cheeks flush.

YN's POV:

Did he kiss me? No, it couldn't be. Or could it?

Her heart fluttered at the memory. She couldn't shake the sensation, as if his lips had linger on her skin, even in her dreams. Her fingers traced the outline of her lips, replaying the hazy memories of the night. That gentle touch... his warmth.

Why does it feel like he kissed me?

She shook her head, trying to dismiss the thought. But the lingering feeling wouldn't leave.

YN's POV:

Why didn't he wake me up? How could he just leave like that?

She felt a strange pang in her chest, a mix of disappointment and longing. Was it because he didn't want to disturb me?

But why did it matter so much? She leaned back, staring at the ceiling, her thoughts spiraling.

YN's POV:

Why am I even upset? It's not like...

Her heart clenched at the thought. It's not like I wanted him to stay... Or maybe I did.

She pulled her knees to her chest, her mind wandering back to the way he held her, the way his presence made her feel safe, warm—even when everything felt confusing. She had never let anyone get this close before, especially not Jimin. But now, it felt like something had shifted between them.

YN's POV:
How am I supposed to sleep after that? After him holding me like that?

She closed her eyes, trying to push away the thoughts swirling around her. But it wasn't working. The memory of Jimin, his teasing smirk, the warmth of his arms around her, and that possible kiss—it all stayed with her.

YN's POV:

He's driving me crazy.

She sighed deeply, lying back down, staring at the empty space where Jimin had been.

Maybe he went home. But he didn't even tell me. He could've woken me up, at least said goodbye...

Her fingers absently traced the spot on her lips again, wondering if she'd ever know for sure if he kissed her—or if it was just a figment of her half-asleep imagination.

But why do I care so much if he did or didn't? Why am I feeling like this?

The silence in the room was deafening, only broken by her erratic thoughts. The early morning light was starting to filter through the curtains, but YN knew she wouldn't be able to sleep again. Not with her mind filled with thoughts of him.

YN's POV:

What am I supposed to do now?
