Jimin's dad (voice cold):
"We need to talk. Now."

Jimin's mom (sighing):
"What is it? Can't it wait until after the party?"

Jimin's dad (sternly):
"I overheard Ji-Won on the phone. She doesn't care about Jimin. She's only interested in his looks and the family name. She has no respect for him at all!"

Jimin's mom (calmly, sipping her tea):
"And you're surprised? Ji-Won isn't perfect, but she's from a good family, one that matches ours. That's what matters in a marriage like this."

Jimin's dad (voice rising):
"What matters is Jimin's happiness! How can you even think of pairing him with someone who looks down on him?"

Jimin's mom (raising an eyebrow):
"Oh, and who do you think would make him happy? That Lee's daughter? How embarrassing. Imagine the talk if it got out that our son, the heir to the Park family fortune, fell in love with someone so beneath him."

Jimin's dad (stunned):
"Wait, what? He's in love with YN? Why didn't you tell me?"

Jimin's mom (shrugging):
"There was no need. I handled it."

Jimin's dad (narrowing his eyes):
"Handled it? What do you mean by that?"

Jimin's mom (smiling coldly):
"I made sure YN knows her place. She thinks Jimin despises her now, and she's keeping her distance. Problem solved."

Jimin's dad (slamming his hand on the table):
"Are you out of your mind? You're playing with his life! You didn't even think to discuss this with me?"

Jimin's mom (snapping):
"Because you're too soft! If it were up to you, he'd end up ruining everything we've built for him. Do you want him to throw away his future for some fleeting romance?"

Jimin's dad (leaning closer, his voice low and dangerous):
"What I want is for my son to be happy. Not stuck in a loveless marriage with a manipulative woman like Ji-Won. And certainly not to have his feelings trampled on because you think you know best."

Jimin's mom (defensive):
"Love doesn't build empires, respect does. YN could never understand our world, and I won't let Jimin waste his life trying to make it work with her."

Jimin's dad (angrily):
"You think respect comes from control and power? Respect comes from love and trust! And if Jimin loves YN, then we owe it to him to let him choose."

Jimin's mom (crossing her arms):
"And what if his choice destroys everything we've worked for? Are you ready to risk that?"

Jimin's dad (firmly):
"If it means he's happy, then yes. I'll risk it all. Because that's what being a parent is-putting your child's happiness above your pride."

Jimin's mom (mocking):
"Oh, so now you're the champion of love and happiness? Where was this love when you were equally putting pressure on Jimin to excel in his studies? Or when you were constantly pushing him to live up to your impossible standards?"

Jimin's dad (defensive but firm):
"I'm putting pressure on him because I want him to be strong enough to face the world. Do you think this life comes easy? Our success, our name-it wasn't handed to us on a silver platter. He needs to learn discipline and resilience, not because I don't love him, but because I do."

Jimin's mom (raising an eyebrow):
"Discipline and resilience? Or are you just afraid he'll fail and tarnish your precious legacy?"

Jimin's dad (glaring):
"It's not about legacy. It's about survival. The world we've built isn't kind, and I don't want him crushed under its weight. But there's a difference between guiding him and controlling him, and you've crossed that line."

Jimin's mom (scoffing):
"Oh, so I'm the villain now? All I've done is protect him from making reckless decisions, like running after YN, someone who'll only hold him back."

Jimin's dad (firmly):
"No. What you've done is break his trust. If you keep underestimating him, he'll end up resenting both of us. He's not a child anymore-he deserves the freedom to choose his own path, including who he loves."

Jimin's mom (coldly):
"And when his choices ruin him, don't come blaming me. Mark my words-this so-called love of his will bring nothing but disaster."

Jimin's Dad (voice heavy with disappointment):
"I accepted this proposal with Ji-Won because I believed, at the very least, that she cared about Jimin. That she loved him. But now, hearing what she's really like... it's clear she doesn't. And you don't seem to love your own son either, so why would she?"

Jimin's Mom (offended, raising her voice):
"How dare you say that?

Jimin's Mom (offended, raising her voice):"How dare you say that?
