You wore a
perfectly fine sweater
but the lifeless look in you
kind of gives it away
Are you having a hard time?
to hide the sadness that drowns you..
and the embarrassment of being a child locked in adolescence
Worry no more, darling
you don't necessarily need to bury it
deep underground
and concealed from the society's
perception
Sometimes, free will is made for
taking a walk outside
as a fully grown man
with a harmless wine bottle
and pink shorts–
or going home
stuck in a bullet train
with a wrecked up make up
and worn out high heels
Just sometimes, it is the best thing to do; do the thing you're not best at...
