It was nearing 3am and I couldn't sleep. It is the same pattern every night. Lay down, dose off, have a nightmare, then wake up. Now, I am just wide awake with only the ceiling as my company. I never really paid much attention to how much it looks like TV static when you stare at one surface in the dark.

I could hear my stomach start to growl and I don't see anything wrong with a little late night snack. I think I deserve some chocolate for all I shared earlier. I walked down the stairs quietly so I don't wake anyone up, and then made my way to the kitchen. Knowing Elio, there had to be some type of chocolate somewhere. Now it is just the matter of where.

I started opening and shutting cupboards quietly until I came across chocolate covered pretzels, more specifically, the flips brand. The perfect sweet and salty mix. I grabbed the bag before carefully re-shutting the cupboard, and leaning against the counter. I swear at night any type of chip bag is the loudest thing ever. And this pretzel bag won't shut up.

"What are you doing?" I hear a deep voice say. I look up to see Andres leaning against the entry way.

"Umm eating... What does it look like I am doing?" I say.

"So much attitude, and for what?" He says kicking off the side and walking closer.

"I don't know what attitude you are talking about, all I heard was an explanation to what you asked." I say shrugging and munching on a pretzel.

"That sass is going to get you into trouble one day."

"Yeah, and how is that?" I push.

"Keep going and you will find out." He says, now right in front of me. His eyes are holding mine captive. I feel a weight on my hands before I realize Andres was taking one of my pretzels. I scoff as he puts one into his mouth. "Why are you awake?"

"I could ask you the same question."

"Yeah but I asked you first, therefore you answer first."

"What are we, five?" I say while rolling my eyes.

"One day those are going to get stuck there." He says, and just because I can, I roll them again. "Hm. Maybe I will have to be the reason they get stuck there."

I cough, choking on a bit of pretzel in my mouth. "What?" I said almost breathlessly, and he just smirks.

"What are you doing up?" He re-asks.

"Couldn't sleep. And you?'

"Same."

"Hm. Two Pees in a pod." I joke.

"Something like that." His husky voice responds. His tone must of sparked something in me because I became very aware of how close we were, and where we were. I shuffled over a bit to lean on the opposite counter.

"So.. you also get hungry for a late night snack?" I ask.

"Yeah." He says, watching me closely.

"Well pick your poison, there are a bunch of snacks in the cupboards." I tell him.

"I am pretty sure they don't hold what I want." He says. slightly shifting towards me again.

"I don't know they are pretty full. I would know I was just in them." I say, basically word vomiting right now. Why do I feel so nervous?

"Then I guess I should have come earlier to get what I wanted." He says.

"Oh? Did you want some of the chocolate covered pretzels. I don't need the whole bag to myself." I say looking down at the bag, but when I look back up Andres is right in front of me. I try to move again, but his hands come down on the counters caging me in.

"What are you doing?" I whisper.

"Has anyone ever told you that you talk too much?" He asks, his eyes bouncing between mine.

"Actually no. Quite the opp-" I couldn't even finish what I was saying because all I could feel were lips on mine. This is so wrong. All the alarms in my brain are going off telling me to pull away, but my mouth doesn't seem to get the message. My lips start moving against his on their own accord, and I could feel his tongue sweep against my lips asking for entry. My mouth opened up on its own, all thoughts evaporating from my mind. All I can think about is the feeling of his tongue dancing with mine, an his lips pressed against mine. I am pressed up against the counter  with his hands on my waist, and mine on his chest. Before I can even think of anything else I am picked up and placed on the counter with Andres between my legs. 'This is so wrong" I whisper against is lips. He is my brothers best friend, yet that doesn't seem to matter right now. All I get in response is a slight hum. His hands start to trail over my body before one stops on my neck holding it in his grip. His teeth pull at my bottom lip dragging an unexpected moan out of me. Andres pauses for a moment is eyes on mine with a look I don't understand before his mouth is diving back on mine with more urgency. His grip on my throat slightly tightening while his hand on my waist starts moving in a massage manor. I slide my hands down more stopping at the bottom of his shirt and playing with the hem of it. Slowly, I move my hands under it feeling his abs. "Maybe we should stop." I say out of breath. His lips leave mine before attacking my jaw and moving down to my throat. They stop at my pulse before lightly nipping and sucking at my pulse dragging another moan from me. "Fuck" I hear him mutter against my throat. The tightness in my stomach only growing. "Andres" I try to get his attention, but it comes out more as a breathy moan. When he finally pulls away I am met with slight disappointment. Andres and I are both a panting mess, and not saying anything. His gaze is intense, and I am waiting for him to say it was a mistake and that he is my brothers best-friend, but he doesn't. Instead he says "I should have more late night snacks," causing me to stifle a laugh.
