A year passed by fast since Sehun left. You still remembered when he told you in your trip that he was leaving. It shocked you at first but then when realization hit you, you cried as a little kid. You spent two whole hours in the bathroom, trying to calm you down as Sehun talked to you from the other side of the door. You didn't want him to leave. You hung onto him as if your life depended on that.

He explained you everything and you understood him but you couldn't get used to the idea of being without him for two years. You felt so sad about his father. You knew they didn't have the best relationship but he was his father after all. You could feel he was having a hard time because of that. He didn't want to admit, but he cared about his father so much. His eyes were red as he tried not to cry for him. You only wanted his father to notice all the effort Sehun was going to make, that it wasn't all in vain. Not because the company, because it was going to be the best for it; but because the relationship with his father. Sehun was acting as if it wasn't important for him, but he really needed his father's approval.

He asked you to go with him but it was already too late for you to matriculate in a new university in China. You couldn't lose your scholar year so you agreed to do it for the next year. Meanwhile, you'd spend the first year alone.

You talked to him every day by phone and used Skype. It wasn't like see him in person but it relieved the anxiety you felt when he wasn't with you. It was weird but being without Sehun was making you feel so nervous. It was as if you were in your own shell again. It was difficult for you to meet new people again and you only felt comfortable and more yourself when the people you already knew, like Haneul, Chanyeol or even Jongin. Sehun was the only one that could make you feel more confident and bold.

You tried to spend as much as possible time with your friends so you didn't think about Sehun's absence much but every time he called you and talked with you the world stopped. No matter what you were doing, you only paid attention to him. You talked about everything possible; your day, your feelings, your thoughts... and then he always insisted on having phone sex before you went to bed. Even away from you he was a teasing brat and you loved it. He always said that sexual frustration was bad for your health and he was only trying to help you. The truth was that you waited impatiently for those moments every night; those intimate moments that you could only share with him. You felt desired and loved even from the distance.

You also spent more time with Jongin. He become in a good friend and an essential support since Sehun wasn't around. Although you were still very cautious. Sehun told you it was alright to be friends with him but you could feel he was still jealous. You tried not to get much close to him; you didn't want him to think in a wrong way. But he was your friend and you couldn't push him away.

You took your phone and texted him.

You: "Hey! Are you busy? I need your help for something related to uni. Can you come?"

Jongin: "Sure, I'll be there in two minutes."

In less than two minutes, he knocked at your door.

"Hi! So tell me, what do you need my incredible help with?", he asked with his usual bright smile.

"You see, it turned out that my school is going to do an exhibition with an important art gallery and I was chosen to show my drawings there", you explained.

"Oh my God! That's great! I knew you'd become famous", he smiled openly as he ran to hugged you. You hugged him back but broke the hug soon.

"I didn't become famous. It's just an exhibition", you replied.

"But if someone likes your work he can buys it, right?", he asked.

"I guess", you replied.

"Then you'll be famous", he smiled.
